I booked this hotel via Booking, one day before the payment I get a call from the owner where he tells me that the card has been refused. For the worry of not finding a place I do everything he tells me by phone. He asks me to cancel the booking and do everything through him. We resolve, sending a check. Once we arrive we realize that the giochetto of Booking had been done with other customers ahead of us. Having the doubt I call Booking where he tells me that it is absolutely true, that they had not sent anything. He tells us that it is possible to pay with the ATM, but in cash we were being deducted from the stay fee.

Marco and his friendly, friendly and available staff have met every request, got up at dawn to prepare our breakfast, and gave us helpful advice.

Availability

Very clean, comfortable and cozy hotel just a few steps from the sea, great for spending the weekend in the sun and relaxation of Rimini. Marco, the owner, welcomed us very well and is super available to meet any customer's request. We couldn't have made a better choice. We were great, we will definitely return as soon as possible.

We stayed here for two nights, and we had a great time, simple but nice, comfortable position, good breakfast, very kind and generous owner, our puppy Lupin has also had a great time:)

I stayed for two nights in this hotel, tiny room, unsuitable bathroom with no bidet and no space and old practically never again!! then I didn 't even understand why he had me cancel my booking with Booking.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days..the friendly owner is available but under fake smile..they only have one girl who cleans up a little bit..little towels never change dirty rooms ever clean shameful since the money I gave them good also wants to be paid right away never.success, in other facilities you pay at the end of stay.he will be afraid that after the first night customers will leave.

Poor hotel

I've never tried a hotel worse than this. 2 stars??? Maybe not even one should be! Microscopic camera, bidet absent, never cleaned in 5 days, towels and sheets never changed, shower and sink never cleaned, or hygienists, COOLING IMBARAZZANTE, air conditioner from 1 btu maybe, couldn't cool the micro camera even set to maximum and 16 degrees and look at the sign that c and reception! Lights in the hallways never lit at night, we had to light up with the cell phone, and then we have to be civil and educated! Owner good with words! I forgot, the new cardboard roll you got to hit the civil bed well... well, guys!

Please don't go.

Unfortunately, the aforementioned is the only positive note of the structure. The payment was strictly required upon arrival (before we entered the room) and compulsory in cash. After paying, we enter the room that the owner described us as large and spacious, with a large balcony. We found a room in which bed and closet (one piece of furniture besides two small dressing rooms) met. The room was neglected and all the furniture was pale old. We found the environment quite clean, but the daily cleaning tended to be desirable... Breakfast was out, both in the variety of choice and in quality. Unfortunately there were some serious weather: we also found the laundry room unopened until our arrival, the worst of which was in the two days.

The hotel has no private parking, but they have the town halls which can be purchased for 7€ a day to park all over the area for a fee. For the cleaning it would take an extra hand. Breakfast a bit poor..mini croissant, cereal, packed bread. The booking had been made via Booking, but then at the time of arrival the booking via Booking was cancelled, paying the price of the platform anyway. All in all it was a good holiday.

Externally the hotel is nice (primarily the only positive thing about this hotel) because inside a total disappointment! We were given the room on the top floor with the bed to the Frenchman at the owner's suggestion..... because it was a bed on a square and a half that as soon as you turned to the side you risked falling on the floor, the bathroom a joke (see the photos attached), practically to do the needs I was more comfortable going to an open lawn, even Great Smoke would have been able to be comfortable (and he was also a magician)!
