I found it really unpleasant to ask for the payment for the air conditioning in the room in such an excessively hot season, and in a place like Rimini, where customer attention reigns, I would not have expected this treatment.

I've never been to a hotel where you have to pay for air conditioning, there's no refrigerator in the room.

Unworthy

We stayed two nights.Thanksgiving and courteous staff.Clean room and bathroom.Our room decor is essential and simple (children's castle beds can be dated) but discreetly kept clean.Lens and towels clean.Breakfast is better on the second day than the first.Buffet breakfast so conceived: -salted breakfast(sliced toast sandwiches and cheeses) -sweet snack(yogurt, nut cream, crusted cream and pineapple, white doughnuts, donuts, dried pastry, cornet, flaky pasta) -coffee and cappuccino but, what's positive, coffee is grilled and not frozen so the black cappuccino is good!

Guests of this hotel at the Catholic Tournament. The photos you see here I think refer to years ago. The hotel is fatigued. Dated rooms, very old bathrooms, you sit on the toilet and you have the lid falling on your back, shower with broken boxes stuffed with curtains, we were a group and we were confronting each other, all the rooms were like this. Buffet... forget it, no vegetables, no fruit, 3 days of pasta and chicken, the kids were hungry asking for the extra... natural water on the tables, having the sprinkler, how to have the bread, it was like a luxury...

Riviera Summer Cup 2022

I stayed in this hotel with my children in the first week of September, we were very nice, very friendly and very supportive. The staff is super efficient and kind, the proximity to the sea is also comfortable (only 50 meters), the meal times are flexible, the food is excellent, varied and abundant. Spacious rooms, very clean and sea view. The quality ratio is also excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a serene and quiet holiday.

I was with my family and a couple of friends and respected children here, stayed 5 days and we were great. Great location, seafront, close to various supermarkets, at the subway station. Great food, cleanliness too, hospitality and availability in everything. A facility that offers many services including, even if for someone ordinary, even drinking water whenever we needed thanks to a dispensary available to customers. We will be very happy to return if you happen to pass through these parts.

Family hotel with rooms and dining room with sea view, clean and excellent kitchen. Wonderful terrace on the sixth floor, from which you enjoy a charming view. Convenient also in the quality-price ratio. A compliment to all staff, always with a smile and ready to satisfy any request. Congratulations to the owners David and Stefania.

It's a great holiday.

I found this hotel almost by chance on the internet, convinced by the various positive reviews I decided to drop down and book. What to say? Right away I found available and kind staff, clean and pleasant hotel. David and Stefania are excellent in their work, kind and polite and available. Stefania is a woman's heart, she is the person you should find at the reception of all hotels, see her smile even though she is covered in a mask. The two sisters who clean the rooms are fantastic, sweet and available. The guys in the room are super available, highly recommended even to those who have small children (they prepare broth and vegetables, warm papas and homogenized, you can go to the room a minute early to eat the little ones). Good and super abundant food, I know I have returned home in a few days with more than a few pounds of comfort, but thank you very much for having a few personal steps to the beach.

It's almost a coincidence... fabulous vacation.

We're on our way back, and we feel like we're reviewing, this wonderful week we spent in Brooklyn! Everything is really flawless! Clean rooms top Restaurant really great, abundant, well maintained both for breakfast lunch and dinner! Very variable menu! A terrace on the 5th floor that offers real relaxation! Congratulations to David and Stefania you're flawless, always attentive to the customer! We met you at the Cleric and we're back, because with you it's like being in a big family! Thanks for everything... we'll be back!

Full time vacation Relax

We've known this hotel for a few years. This year we only stopped for a lunch but the warmth and welcoming of David Stefania and his husband is always super ok.
