We were in the Turkish Bay from 12 to 26 August, the structure is completely immersed in the green with a view of a beautiful and relaxing lagoon. We arrived in Olbia at 22, ten minutes later we were already at our destination, very comfortable. The residence and located in a strategic area, the nearest beach is 500 meters away, it can be reached peacefully with a 10-minute walk and it is not bad. By car, traveling on the State Highway 125, you reach the best beaches in the area in 10 minutes, continuing to Porto San Paolo you can board comfortably for a trip to Tavolara.

When the booking service told me that they would not show me the photos of the apartment. Booked in the dark (my mistake, it was already necessary to understand the seriousness of the structure and that there was no transparency ), but with a thousand phone promises of a super-restored house, complete with all the comforts. Washing machine included. Free parking (as clearly indicated also in the description of the residence). Swimming pool and tennis courts included. Each apartment should have a living space for outdoor dining or garden.

Escape with raised legs

The apartment is spacious, well-organized, clean and comfortable. The complex has a beautiful green space, which is articulated between the houses of the residence, very relaxing especially after a whole day at sea. The beach is quite close (about 500 meters on foot with path). The beach has beautiful sand with small granules and blue sea. The structure is managed with great attention to the customer.

It's a wonderful vacation.

We went in July and as always very hospitable. Teresa welcomed us with open arms. Apartment I must say very welcoming and spacious with large lawn surrounding the apartment with the possibility of eating outdoors.

Relaxing

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Mrs. Teresa, a very nice person. After checking in we arrived in the beautiful double room, overlooking the bay.

Experience to be re-experienced!

I stayed three days and three nights at this facility and I can assure you that it wasn't really worth it, I spent 152 euros on a wedding blanket where the date sheets were one for a wedding bed and one for a single bed, then I asked for a blanket to cover me at night because the air conditioner was malfunctioning, every time I turned it on it was a shock from the noise it was making and I'm sure that the blanket asked to cover me was given to me last night, in the previous days I had to cover myself with a double blanket and pillow on my backpack. I asked you why didn't you leave right away? The answer was really easy, I had my wife who had to operate in front of my own hospital and I didn't even think about trying to find a doctor until I thought it was too late, I thought it was possible to get her out of the hospital, but I had to go back to the house and try to get her out of the house.

No to Turkish Bay

I just left the residence, beautiful, serene and in an enviable position. A few kilometers from Olbia and shopping malls. Comfortable rooms, good furnishings, quite fully equipped. The property has a swimming pool, but closed during my stay. The reception is kind and willing to solve any small problems that may occur. The residence is flat and invites you to take nice walks through the well-kept green. Recommended. I gave 4 stars only because I couldn't appreciate it in the peak months. I was very sorry to leave because I found myself well. Olbia is caring and well served. It spies dreams a little everywhere.

Nice building.

Just a short walk from Olbia and the beautiful beaches around. Very green around and the beach next door is not bad at all. Great rooms and facilities. No problem parking. If you want to take a walk around the beaches of the area it is very well positioned compared to the highway. Recommended!

Perfect for comfort and tranquility

If you have a car with you, it's fine, there's no supermarket for emergency services, there's no bar inside the residence, it's strange, customers wouldn't be missing, but the property decided that way. Then there's to say that a lot of things would be arranged, we had a bathroom with a shower box all rusted up and very small that if you eat an extra lettuce leaf, you'd be unable to get in, I'm talking about the accommodation they've assigned us.

Bel Residence, well-maintained garden but to be set up and create at least a bar and a small mini-market for emergencies

Our wonderful holiday in Sardinia and in this residence has just ended. We found it by chance and we found ourselves very well. It is a beautiful residence, very well maintained, meadows and green surrounding as well. Super comfortable the parking, swimming pool.. We stayed in a monolocal on the ground floor with a lot of garden, equipped with every comfort, there was also the shower. Really great cleanliness, new house, well maintained, really a Residence with the R MAIUSCOLA.
