The very old and neglected hotel. Very small shower and bathroom. We had a problem with enter the building because the door was closed. We wait for someone who will open the door. There was another unnecessary reservation on some website. Don't recommend 

Old and neglected 

Hotel located in quiet street with free parking and places in the street. Room with balcony, air conditioning, refrigerator. Good bedding. Nearby, the city centre, buses to reach, beach, airport, centre..the ticket is at 2.80 a day or 1.5 the trip. Every morning, the room is made Breakfast is simple but the croissants are excellent. The staff is friendly cheek in online system with key recovery in key box. Very well done.

Very good value for money

Hotel in good position as close to bars restaurants and various services, modest prices and modest service. Staff for the most part without masks and many customers follow the example included in the breakfast room, where some toxic customer is snoring before then touching things of common use.

Cheap hotel, apparently free of covid

Hotel with very lacking breakfast normal rooms nothing of that rather clean but old-fashioned classic style reception for in and out completely absent available interior parking found a very cold room

Discrete

Discrete hotel, reduced service to a minimum in low season, reception open from 6am to 1pm and then nothing. Check in anomalous, phone, and keys picked up directly from a combination drawer near the door to the room. Mediocre, clean room, but 90s, with the furnishings to review, and the lights of a blinding cold white. Moreover, even though December, which is a little warmer, with a minimum of heating even in the absence of the guest. Oh, my God!

I've recently been to this nice b&b and I must say I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, kindness, and courtesy of all the staff. Functional rooms, large TV and really comfortable bathroom. Also the hotel has a very comfortable rooftop garage, for those like me who used to ride a motorcycle. The hotel is located in an all-served area. Close to the center.. and near the highway corridors, to reach the most famous seaside locations.. even well equipped breakfast.. thank you Paola.. who with grace and elegance helped make the stay perfect.. when I'll be in the area, it will certainly be my reference point thanks to everything and next...

It's excellent.

Easy but clean room. Check-in was only possible by phone call. Breakfast is a bit scarce. But quiet location and nearby there are some bars, restaurants and cafes as well as a supermarket. Bus stop is also around the corner. Balcony to the quiet street. For 2 nights was enough.

It's all right.

Very clean, cheap, good breakfast, they clean the room every day, it's very close to the bus stops to get to the most chic places (Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo).

Good value for money

Hotel that should definitely change its name! very dated structure though equipped with comfortable spaces inside i.e. large counter around the laundry for her and him beauty houses and large closet to conveniently arrange the trolleys. The hotel is TOTALLY PRIVOUS of reception service, you have to do everything yourself, there is no service of sorts at any time of the day (maybe in the morning and stop). If you have any problem you have to scrub it yourself! Breakfast staff are kind and are the only faces you can see during the day.

Modern by name only

After just one night, landing at the port of Olbia... apart from the phone check-in, the room was good for a three-star hotel, mostly clean. The bathroom is not huge but essential. A tip for breakfast: ask the waitress for any croissants or other kind of request, not everything is exposed.
