HOW THE STRUCTURE IS COMMUNICated: In June we were shown another apartment from the outside. Having taken out a part of the apartment within the deadlines set, we were changed apartments, but we were not notified. The apartment that was given to us was strongly DIFFORMED by the images on the site. And we checked with other residents of the village that the daily figure requested cannot be applied to an apartment of this kind (about 280 euros per night with rent) Specifically: there are no drawers, the door does not turn on, the living room door does not turn on one of the two, the beds are uncomfortable and comfortable, there are no mirrors on the entire floor, some dishes were dirty, because we have asked for the basic reimbursement in the bathroom as far away as we have seen the price, and then we have a lot of problems. But if we have a bathroom outside the door, we do not have a lot of furniture, and we do not have a bathroom, and then we have a bathroom, and then we have a bathroom, and then we have a bath

A FURT

We stayed in a two bedroom unit with our three young children for 7 nights at the beginning of July. The apartment was so clean and perfectly situated within walking distance to all of the restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, pastry shop, bread bakery, ice cream shop- really anything one would need for the most accommodating vacation.  There are two stunning beaches that are within walking distance- Porto Istana and Marina Maria. We preferred Marina Maria because it was less crowded and we found it more relaxing.  You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas at both and both have a place to purchase beverages and sandwiches for lunch.  Ulderico and the staff at Turchese are so incredibly hospitable and really go the extra mile to help when needed.  The pool is also so beautiful and really such an added bonus after a long day at the beach when perhaps the children still have a bit more energy to burn. We did not rent a car but we would definitely rent one next time so that we can do day trips to some of the other beautiful parts of Olbia. We would highly recommend  Villaggio Turchese to anyone considering including it as part of their Sardinian vacation!

Beautiful village clean and very well maintained, the beach reachable in 5 minutes and close to Olbia, very quiet zone suitable for relaxation that makes the holiday in Sardinia perfect, thanks goes to the owner Ulderico and Michelle both very kind and available.

If you want to spend the day relaxing at the pool, you have to follow strict rules. Before 9 a.m. you must not use the pool. Or between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. you are asked to leave the pool. The area is then closed, but you can look at the pool from the balcony and look forward to 3 p.m. when it opens again.

It's got to be order, or the Germans are like Italians.

I spent 5 perfect days, as soon as we arrived we found the parking lot 20 meters from the apartment.. convenient to unload and load the car. The apartment with a large room with sofa, glass table with 4 chairs, kitchen equipped with dishwashers and a porch that overlooks the swimming pool.. also the tables and chairs.. spacious the bedroom.. air conditioner both in the living room and in the room.. in the bathroom the lavatory, a small shower with a 60x60 plate. Optimal location, 15 minutes from Olbia, 5 from São Paulo port.. and all the neighbouring beaches in a whale battery.. the beach of murta maria itself presents itself with very good accommodation and less crowded space.

A spectacular solution

Very nice location and clean and cozy apartment. Prices are a bit too high. Negative note the fact that you can not store inside the residence because the places are reserved... uncomfortable for loading and unloading and exits. Nice swimming pool but it would be nice if the closing time was postponed at least until 21:00 since in the summer it is nice to have a little longer hours. However nice place

It's a nice place.

I write while the ns. holiday is still underway that ahinoi (I speak on behalf of my family and my friends) ends this weekend. The place is charming and above all really well cared for (in the smallest detail), thanks to the experience, sympathy and professionalism of Ulderigo ready to give you every advice to spend splendid days of vacation. New rooms, clean, completely furnished and equipped with every comfort. The very clean and equipped swimming pool concludes every ns. day.

The Turchese Village is a residential area located in Murta Maria, a locality in Olbia, in a quiet and strategic location to visit the north-eastern area of Sardinia. We moved comfortably between Porto Cervo and San Teodoro to discover the many breathtaking beaches that point to the coast. It is advisable to be perfectly united. The residence has a very well-maintained swimming pool and enjoys a magnificent view of the island of Tavolara. The apartments are clean, spacious and comfortable. They are historic, in particular they are equipped with air conditioning, dishwashers, washing machine, hair dryer.

The perfect vacation

It's a very clean residential complex with a swimming pool. The apartments are modern, spacious and very well equipped. It's one of the most beautiful apartments I've had for my holidays. It also offers an incredible view of the island of Tavolara, which can be visited from nearby Porto San Paolo.

I've been with my friends in this residence, which is to say... excellent location, near everything from the pharmacy to the butcher's shop, a beautiful beach 15 minutes by car... the apartment very clean and furnished with the main things even the washing machine and dishwashers.
