Location with a wonderful view of the Gulf of Cugnana. Reachable via a street in a light slope, but which gives a wonderful panoramic view. Managed by Piero, friendly and sympathetic landlord, prodigy of advice and always available to provide indications, help and any missing items, with Mrs. Giovanna (a few words, but precious). Various apartments, various meters. Our, was a little small for 4 people, but we are still adapted.

Terrace on the Gulf

But found the property to be in need of updating, the kitchen in our apartment was very basic (and small). Our apartment was due to be cleaned/linen change on a weekly basis but in the 3 week period we stayed this only happened once.
The pool wasn't heated and very cold.  The location was quiet but if you were in one of the front apartments you could hear the music from the restaurants/bars below.  The view is amazing and what sells the apartment but overall I doubt we would return.

Great View

We stayed in this facility for 7 nights (6 in Smeralda2 and 1 in Gallura1). The place is really beautiful! It is located on a small hill with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Cugnana. The garden is very clean: there are flowers, plants and fragrant rosemary bushes! There is a panoramic swimming pool that can be used from 9 to 19.30 and a hot tub. The apartments are very clean, the cooking corner has everything you need to cook (plates, posters, various pots.. missing the toilet paper in the bathroom 😁). It is in a strategic position: we have moved small beaches looking like children from north to south of Cebretta and from La Vesta to Cave... We have taken a nice swimming pool, and we have a great opportunity to go to Calabria, and we have to go to the beach, and if you can find a great tourist accommodation, we can go to the beach!

Stayed for ten days in early July. Charming and privileged location. 1 km from the beginning of the Emerald Coast. Unique and comfortable environment. The calmness you breathe in is magical and the beauty that the swimming pool overlooking the gulf offers you is something unique. Giovanna and Piero are always available for any need. Clean and welcoming locations. A thank you to our friends custodians of this fairy tale place two steps from the turquoise sea of the Emerald Coast.

Great place to relax!
But you definitely need a car to stay here. Located at the top of the mountain, they don't have any restaurant or food service and the closest supermarket is about 7km distance. 
A taxi from Olbia airport till this place will cost you around 50€. And a rental car for a week about 190€, so it worth!

Amazing View!

We stayed in the panorama 1 apartment, which is a great view from the balcony, a spacious and very clean apartment. The owners are very welcoming and attentive. The residence is very quiet and well maintained. A car is however essential. We highly recommend this residence.

It's a beautiful view.

Thousand-hour nostalgia, strategic location one step away from all the beauties of the Emerald Coast, impeccable suite cleaning, excellent housewives Piero and Giovanna.

I have no idea what that means.

First of all, what can we say about the welcome of Jovanna and Pierrot... to the little care during the entire stay and always a kind word (in French)... Thank you!!! The whole set is clean, the view is beautiful from the pool and the place is a good starting point to visit the surroundings!! On the other hand the apartment we had (panorama 2) is too small, the room has no windows and the view is not the best!! The price a negative point of this stay compared to our first week on the north-west side of Sardinia... The jet-set side of the north-east side of Sardinia is surely there for a lot of beaches!!.. attention, there is no beach nearby, the car is indispensable!!!!!!

Mixed opinions!

From our little house we take a look at the golf course or sail the boats... it's a good starting point to visit the north of the island which is more beautiful.
