We were looking for a quiet accommodation in Costa Smeralda, comfortable to the most beautiful beaches of the area that offered space and comfort even to our Labrador. We wanted a small but well-served structure and equipped with every comfort.... We were pleasantly surprised by the location, immersed in a very well-groomed park, served by two swimming pools (one deeper 145cm and one for deep relaxation 90 cm) very clean and equipped with comfortable sun beds, 2 sun loungers, inflatable and umbrellas, illuminated even at night. Complete the park's equipping a complete barbecue area available to the customer. We found ourselves in this very clean and equipped property, equipped with ALL and NEW!!!!!!!!!!!! (it was really worth to be available): It's free and refrigerated in every room, the TV has been made in the process, the rooms have been completely refurbished, and the rooms have been completely refurbished.

Costa Smeralda in the family

Forget all the reviews made in the period before Lucilla and Marco. Mini apartments completely and modernly renovated in a Costa Smeralda of dreams. The cleanliness jumps right to the eye. The scent of sheets and towels, the dishes carefully chosen...nothing is left to chance. The very neat garden, the wonderful swimming pool, the warm showers, the possibility of using the barbecue... around an unforgettable holiday! A great thank you to these two fantastic people who really made us feel at home!

I'm going to live my whole life with you!

No welcome at the arrival: track game to find the keys. The apartment is old furniture too. When we arrived my daughter's bed was not even made and we had to call the owners who spoke neither French nor English. At 11:30 they finally decided to bring us sheets. The next day we found out that the gas was not working. A technical intervention was held but for our first lunch it was not easy. The climate was not very good either.

Horrible: don 't give him advice

We are two friends in a mega apartment of 140 meters. Maximum welcome from the owners and strategic point for all the beaches of the Emerald Coast.

Early August green pool like a mare Accompanied by a useless spitch of the manager.. Apartment 140 m2 in villa, very old, electrical furnishings of a time washing dishes broke (you just have to do the dishes by hand we told you (Electrical branches incredibly dangerous, bathtub mixers broken off non-functional, given the state of general maintenance we have not even tried the use of the garden air conditioners also lacks blatant maintenance Nevertheless I must note that the view and nice but attention to 500 m it is not a beach but the tip of the lagoon c is practicable.

Horrible, unworthy!

Large apartment with 2 bedrooms and 120 square meters of living space. Strategically good location to the Costa Smeralda and beaches. Supermarket and 1 restaurant nearby. Car definitely makes sense. The owner tried at all times and tried to be helpful with advice and action. Unfortunately the apartment is in no good condition. Washing machine with frost, refrigerator damaged and rusty, gassherd only partially functioning. Old private items in the apartment. Unfortunately, the pool showed increased algae formation. The pool is immediately 3 m deep after entrance. The reviews on Tripadvisor describe further details. It needs to be changed a lot, then it can be a vacation.

Apartment with potential but much work still needed

We start from (a few) flaws: the interior of the villa is not really modern, our TV was only receiving 4 channels - nobody known outside Sardinia - (we had the PC and we used wi-fi for streaming, so we didn't even ask for anything), the shower and the furniture in general are definitely dated. Our apartment, which I think was the largest of the four available, is tailored for two people, for the most part it becomes too narrow! But considering that house-vacation was treated as such should be judged: if you come to Sardinia to stay locked in an apartment there is something wrong!! The villa is strategically located, 13-15km from any beach/country that deserves a visit to the coast of Lenuggia. The exterior of the house is furnished in an excellent way, with a beautifully decorated pool, for the most part.

Perfect for visiting the Emerald Coast

Don't know where to start.  The pool is very deep so beware if you have young children but otherwise it is lovely and set in beautiful gardens.  The location is great, outside Olbia, near beautiful beaches and it is easy to travel inland.  You will need a car at this villa. The property needs considerable improvement, it was a bit like being in one of those I can't sell my house programmes. The villa was wodged full of broken furniture and bric a brac.  Light fittings were broken or not working, dangerous in the bathroom. Only 2 of the 5 gas rings worked  although all seemed to release gas..  Mouse droppings in the conservatory/dining rooms.  Do not ever think of taking children here.  We came back one day to find a bread knife in a plant pot outside our entrance.  The 2 bed apartment had a nice terrace but it had a broken, uncomfortable sofa bed on it to sit on.  Free wifi.  Bedding not good, mattress knackered.  The mirror in main bedroom angled to look down on bed and behind it was a half full, grubby bottle of baby lotion - eek!  The owner's son was very helpful and kind but this villa needs some attention as well as someone with a skip.  I do not relish giving this review.

Great location but OMG!  Do not take children here.

I've been with the family in this very nice villa with a well-kept garden indoor parking and swimming pool, we stayed in three in the mini-local which is probably for two people 2, the very uncomfortable sofa, the kitchen a little small as well as the table, so to speak, nice apartment for 2 but if you're in 3 I strongly recommend getting one, an apartment and not the mono room, overall good.

It's a nice villa, but...

Strategic location, beautiful garden. we stayed in the single room(2 adults+child 14 years old).1 double bed +1 sofa bed.The accommodation is designed for all and everything for two (size ovens, sink, table) so I wouldn't recommend it for more than 2 pax.I would suggest adding mosquitoes.
