It's a beautiful structure in the countryside but only a few kilometers from Narni. We were assigned a very spacious and well equipped apartment with a private garden and swimming pool with a wonderful view. My son could see the animals living on the farm. And the owners delighted us with a very good homemade breakfast.

A jewel in the green

After a very warm and friendly reception, you are accompanied in your own cabin, Simple, rustic, clean, scented. Mrs. Ana (la factotum) is friendly, cordial at times splendid but always gracious and attentive to the needs of the client. In the cabin nothing is lacking: It is possible to cook independently or, if you want, lunch and dinner with simple reservation. Outside is the triumph of shadowy nature; trees, plants of simple nature, and in the large decorated structures of secular trees.

The voice of silence

Bed and breakfast very nice in a detached area compared to the center of Narni. Small but scenic swimming pool. Divine breakfast prepared by the fantastic Ana. Some flies too much, but it's typical of places with so much green.

I got it!

It was discovered by chance and loved instantly. Lost in the shady countryside but perfect. Very nice and cool apartment, small swimming pool but with spectacular views and Ana preparing you crostate or donut for breakfast a delight.

What a wonderful anniversary.

It's a very rude and uneducated place, a beautiful area, but you'll never go back to that place again because in the house not far away it was rented for hours... then dead flies everywhere.

dirty environment

It's a small apartment lost in the shady countryside. The owner is really friendly. Clean apartment, comfortable 3 full of every comfort... Too bad when we arrived at 4p degrees the refrigerator was off... And so it took quite a while to cool a bottle of water. The swimming pool right in front is small, with little space when all the apartments are full, but useful for cooling in the hot summer days. Breakfast was with long-term storage milk and a newly made donut. He the lady had us take away.

The Place is very nice and the house is spacious and clean and extremely cool (perfect for hot days). The small but cozy swimming pool, despite being a little dirty. The Wi-Fi connection does not work very well.

Farmhouse immersed in the green

The place is immersed in the quiet of the countryside, but very easy to find. The apartment they gave us was very neat and clean, equipped with everything, even cool water to feed us from the heat of the trip! There is a small swimming pool from which you can enjoy a beautiful landscape, great for a dining room bath after spending all day touring the beautiful nearby villages like Narni, Sangemini, etc. For breakfast Ana brought us a great homemade donut like marmalade ❤️

Out of the world, two steps away from everything.

... a charming place, in the most peaceful place. To welcome every guest of the structure there is Anna, the owner's assistant; kind, available and very cordial, then there is Mrs. Rosanna, the owner. The personalized delicacy. The apartment where I unfortunately stayed for one night because of my trip to Narni, was very nice, comfortable and rustic. The cleanliness left me a little perplexed, like the dishes and kitchen accessories. But I didn't apply myself much. The breakfast room doesn't exist, but on the ground floor inside the apartment there is all the opportunity to have a very quiet breakfast, sorcery indicates a nice place to enjoy the sweetly lit cafe and panoramic view of the city.
