I just happened to find this little pizza place by the waterfront, and my family and I ordered a seafood snack, a seafood snack, two pizzas, and we ate very well, and the bill was cheap.

Good place.

It's a fantastic location, immersed in the greenery and the tranquillity of the shady countryside. The cottage is clean and well-kept, welcoming and cocooned like a 4-star hotel.

That's great!

Very nice place, isolated in the green, lots of beds, each room has its own bathroom, clean, very well equipped both inside (dishwashers, TV...) and outside (walk to cook, drawers, tables.......). very large kitchen and living room. Great to spend time with many friends.

It's a wonderful weekend.

The place is beautiful, the cottages are beautiful and immersed in nature, the rooms inside are in original ancient stone, very neat details, functional and suitable for both groups of friends and families who want to enjoy some healthy relaxation. I came back after years and I found the welcome of a time... very kind staff, cleanliness, courtesy and excellent quality ratio price....we will return to 100%

An Unforgettable Experience in a Dreamy Place

You're back after 10 years even though it's winter, but the spectacularness of the place, the cozy warm structure and the total silence of the countryside make it a charming place I'd say almost fairytale (given also the proximity to Narni inspired by the film) Sometimes you try to find flaws in things that don't go right but the Power is loved as soon as you walk through the gate and you get surrounded by the stone of the houses, the magic fireplace that dominates the living room, the table where in 14 quietly eats, every room furnished in a simple and neat way (all with private bathroom...not recently!), a pool in which becomes the home of these two people who dominate the valley instantly and you can spend that summer from morning till night enjoying the delicious appetizers of the night (dancing dinners... very well spent in the first and last weeks of TORTEES... but thanks for the spectacle of nature and relaxation that will always come back to you every time, but not every time, will you will always enjoy this place!

Always spectacular.

I went to the Podere Passatore with some friends, we found a rustic but at the same time comfortable and clean environment, and Narni is only a few minutes away, and the village deserves a visit, and it deserves the highest score for the courtesy of the staff.

Fun and relaxing

We spent a weekend in this facility we were 18 people. The hostel itself is a beautiful facility immersed in green and silence, an ideal place to escape from stress and noise. However, when we arrived something immediately disturbed us. The owner in showing us the facility and letting us know the rules to be followed, it was only at that moment that he informed us that the water was not drinking. It was recommended several times to use the bottled water provided by him either to wash our teeth or to cook a plate of Sten or to cook a plate of fruit and vegetables. You can imagine our surprise!!!!!! We are in Italy!!! or Sharm el Sheikh!!!!

Honestly

We stayed here on Saturday and Sunday, the place is nice, there is peace and quiet; the cottage is comfortable, but it would need improvements, using the pool in the evening hours was not possible, the owner is a little arrogant, he demanded that we take away garbage bags and he also charged us 10 euros for wood consumption, for other uses in minimal quantity, all unpaid, of course, plus the 475 euros of the stay.

Not all that glitters is gold😉

We finally managed to get to the table (we had agreed with the owner the price for a complete dinner: 25 euros for the 2 adults and 2 children, 70% discount), they put us outside at a table with too much light (perhaps not to distinguish the dishes) in the company of every kind of insect and a few cats (the navigator asked for help!!) We finally managed to get there. We came to the menu: a bowl of beans with potatoes, a bowl of potatoes with a mortar, salt, 4 bags of potatoes, head of potatoes, 6 potatoes of potatoes filled with more potatoes). So we would have to pay for all of the dishes in the room, and we would have to pay for all of the dishes in the room.

Horror film

It's a lovely place for those who want a little relaxation, nice staff, but for those who know what it's like to eat, the kitchen is really poor, no choice and really high prices for food quality.
