B&B 'A Livella

I had a wonderful stay at B&B A Livella. The bed and breakfast is located in the heart of Napoli, within walking distance from the historic center. All other key places to discover in Napoli are easily reachable by foot as well. I felt at home from the start, the room is spacious, very clean and has everything you need. The dining room has everything you need for breakfast and it stays there throughout the day so you can also have biscuits, coffee, tea etc whenever you want actually. Francesco was always ready to help and check if I had everything I needed for a perfect stay in Naples – which was the case! They have been very welcoming hosts and have been very understanding regarding the unplanned delay of my arrival. They have answered all our questions about Naples, provided us with recommendations about places to visit and where to eat and go out, and helped us in many different aspects of our stay. I definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to visit Naples.

Everything is great. but the bathroom is too small.

The time I return to the b&broom116 is a confirmation of my stay in Naples. The availability and kindness of those who manage the facility are not easy to find even in those who, like me, have visited many structures. The rooms are spacious beyond all necessities and the cleaning is impeccable.

Excellent B&B in the historic center

Nothing to say about the room, except the bathroom that my mom was just leaving to want for the cleaning. We got to the appointed time and then nobody was found, we waited over 40 minutes down the door and another 20 minutes down the stairs.

I mean,

The top of the Neapolitan b&b!! tastefully furnished room. The staff always available(they also made me leave my luggage until 22:00 after check-out) impeccable service! Located in a perfect area to visit the main attractions! I highly recommend it!

A charming place in the historic center, right in the heart of Naples, I was really good even though I only stayed here for a short period and I recommend everyone to go to this delicious b&b!

Just relax.

In the heart of the historic centre of Naples, wonderful and original bed & breakfast. Each room with its own different style: Maria Amalia, Maria Clementina and Maria Isabella (the owner explained to us which are the names of the Bourbon Queen of Naples). Comfort, spacious and excellent cleaning.

It's a great place to stay.

I do NOT recommend going to this so called B&B. Breakfast is served a street away and is very limited. On every bed sheet and towel there are stains, including blood and urine.. Also do not expect a quiet night, a lot of noise from the busy road outside.

Turning up at this B&B was a little disappointing, it is in an apartment block which is covered in scaffolding, and it's on a very busy street. However once we were lead inside by the very friendly, welcoming owner, the actual B&B is lovely. 
Reception is very bright, nice decor and very clean. There is only a few rooms which makes it seem much more personal, and the owner (sorry I can't remember her name) really makes you feel cared about. 
There is not somebody on reception all the time, which I thought would become a problem, but you are left with the numbers of a couple of the owners and each time we had a question, our text was answered almost straight away. 
Breakfast was a little disappointing, it is provided by a cafe across the road and they didn't have much to choose from except croissants, which are fine but don't really fill you up so we ended up buying more food an hour later. It would have been nice to have the option of something more substantial, as you would at other B&Bs. 
Another thing I have to mention is the safety of the roads surrounding this B&B, walking back at night was very scary being two young female tourists, Naples isn't very safe at night in general but this area in particular seemed worse. I guess what I'm trying to say is just have your wits about you and get a taxi if you can!
All in all we were very happy with Room 116, we had a lovely stay, the room was beautiful and we did not come across any major problems. 
We wouldn't visit Naples again but if Room 116 was in another city we would happily be back!

Lovely once inside, pleasant stay

Despite the renovation work that is going on (scaffolding and builders onsite) the b&b was very nice, comfortable and homely. We stayed in "Maria Carolina" room, with lovely balconies, nice design and efficient facilities. The breakfast was served by the local bar across the road, good coffee with very friendly staff and la signora Lucia, who did the cleaning, was very nice and helpful as well. The location it's perfect if you would like to experience the "heart" of Naples and its folklore. Close to the main attractions, you will have everything you need (transport as well) at your doorstep. Definitely good value for money, we felt at home and if we could we would have stayed longer.
