I booked for 3 adults and a 4-year-old child who was 110 cm tall. When I arrived I found out that I was staying in a sluggish building with broken or non-permanent lintels and hanging electrical wires. Also, I was told that the child, or he had to sleep with us because there was only one marriage and a single one or if I wanted I would have been given a cot. My son is too big for a cot and the room is too small to put it in, when I chose to let him sleep with me. The shower has no pressure, no coffee or welcome found in other apartments.

If you saw the structure, you wouldn't go back.

We have just returned from a 4 day stay. The apartment is dirty and in poor state of repair.  The toilet seat is broken and the toilet flush does not work, meaning the bathroom smelt like a sewer throughout our stay.  The hairdryer and kettle didnt work, the bedding was filthy and shower covered in mould. The entire apartment was very dusty and our cases were covered in dust when we left.  The owner said he would look after our cases as we had a late checkout,however we came back to find our luggage left unattended in the hall.  The location is good and there are many lovely restaurants nearby, however you could get nicer accommodation for the price you will pay.

Do not stay here

We found this very small restaurant by accident when our tour guide told us to get off the main street, but it is definitely worth going there deliberately. We had a great swordfish stesk, thin but delicious in a butter and lemon sauce. The mixed seafood pasta is also excellent, with something reduced in the sauce that makes it  thick and tasty. We also had a generous salad of arugula and cherry tomatoes. Prices are very reasonable.

Best meal in southern Italy

We arrived, as agreed, at around 15:30. The building looks very macabre and slumpy on the outside. We arrive at the apartments via a well-maintained and modern elevator. We stop on the 3rd floor and then make a ramp of high and narrow steps on foot. We arrived at the porch welcomed by a very kind lady who showed us our room, with a kitchen equipped with all the dishes and chips, a mini fridge, a microwave oven, a bathroom and a very low window (with great difficulty in closing it to fall down) with a very simple, unpretentious monopoly on Via Nardones, nothing exciting.

More than a B&B... a hostel!

We stayed from 25 December to 31 December 2018. We arrived at about 19.30 in the structure we are received by a very kind lady who shows us the room and provides the delivery of the keys and the remote control for the elevator. The room is without a balcony with a view to the street, nothing of that, equipped with mini kitchen with everything necessary (microwave, pots, dishes, etc.), even in the bathroom you have all the necessary towels, toilet paper, phone. The elevator reaches up to the 3rd floor, then you proceed on foot to the Last ramp, not very comfortable if you have trolleys or huge trolleys.

Good position

Located in a very old stable of the Spanish neighbourhoods where the elevator stops on the third floor and get to the room where the monolocal rooms are located, it's a whole enterprise. The room was apparently like a photo view on the site, then looking good and standing there for 3 days, the reality jumped quite differently... Muffe is moisture on the outside walls, from the discharge of the shower plate come up beatified insects and ants, muffe between the shower plate and the coating, general sense of dirt... for someone like us who has an 18-month-old baby that roams around and tends to touch anything, it wasn't very pleasant. Not to mention the parking lot, it's unnecessary costs in 3 days (and then it's no more than 3 euros) to be booked in the center, but obviously I've never found a way to book a property for a few hundred euros!

Definitely never again!

If you want to be in the center of various things and important streets, with shops, restaurants and more... Here you are next to the street Toledo.... The plaza Prebicito and the Palacio Real y el Castillo.... Also close to the port to go Isles like Capri.... The apartment very well, without luxuries, that's it.... Fabrizio the owner very good person and educated, went to get us at the Garibaldi station...... And invited us to two beers and a little boiler in the apartment...... Very good person..... The street at first impresses, but the neighbors are generous and do not meet with anyone... I recommend.....

 Good location.

The apartment was fine, it didn't have two floors. The street is a climb with the floor of stones and full of cars, to go with the suitcases is a hell. When we arrived there was no phone ringing and no one came to help us that at the end the assistant activated the elevator, the climb was by a very small staircase. The location was fine if not by that climb. It's noisy because cars and motorcycles pass by continuously. The room is large and clean with its mini kitchen.

Well, well, well, well.

We rented a studio type room for two people.  The location is fairly convenient, close to the subway and near Chiaia and the Plaza del Plebiscito.  The studio came equipped with basic utensils which allowed us to make our own breakfasts and dinners. Grocery stores nearby allow for easy shopping. This is not a hotel, rather it is a small studio in a building inhabited by locals.  Bring your own soap and shampoo.

Good location, rooms are ok

It's on the fourth floor of an old building. The elevator goes up to the third floor and then you have to make a dangerous climb down the stairs on foot. Inside the apartment there are so many small rooms, so it's not a single apartment. The girl who hands over the keys and runs the whole structure is very kind and available. The location is good.
