B&B located on the third floor of a building 350 meters from the harbour, so strategic because you have to board x the islands. The recently renovated room and bathroom mirror what is represented in the photos. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom shower huge. The only thing a little like this, is that being on the last floor the heat is stifling when you enter.. but the room is equipped with AC so you just have to wait.

I'm very satisfied, the price-quality ratio is worth 5 ⭐. New room with comfortable bed and bathroom, strategic location two steps from the harbour, excellent cleaning and the friendly manager made the three floors without elevator forgotten.

Good experience

Excellent location,very new bathroom,comfortable bed,friendly owners.This means breakfast is a coffee cup and an envelope cornet,third floor without elevator(60 steps)in one structure.The other is located in the middle (with nightlife in the room) and is air-conditioned(only the fan)

It's a rented room.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights in July 2020 as a stopover to the Aeolian Islands. The owner is a very kind person, you can see that he cares about us customers. The apartment consists of three rooms and a common room. The room is much higher quality than the price, which I think would be higher. Excellent cleanliness, cozy, modern room, with every comfort you may need, daily cleaning included in the price. If you are looking for a place to stay in Milazzo without spending dirty figures, I recommend this. It is difficult to find someone who does this work first for pleasure and then for profit. Very good!

WANTING to Work and Be Good for the Customer

Although it was specified by the manager, the weak point is represented by the fact that the B&B is located on the third floor of an old building (the internal premises would need a dyeing/refreshing) without an elevator.Another weak point (healled by the payment convention however with a nearby parking) is the lack of an exclusive parking lot for accommodation.The breakfast was not included in the price, but the manager kindly made available two tickets for the coffee and two packed brioches: other B&Bs of the hotel instead make available sweet food or salt in an alternative place with a bar.

Clean and functional structure

We stayed here only one night waiting to board for the Eolie the next morning and, although we had booked at the last minute, just a couple of hours before our arrival in the evening, the owner was very kind and available. The room was sparkling clean, idem the bathroom, very nice, and the air conditioner is efficient. Although breakfast is not included in this period, we were provided with two bags for the coffee machine in the common room, and two packed brooches. The location is very convenient for those who have to board, the port is only a few minutes walk away and around there are many restaurants and for dinner.

Simple and convenient

We spent three nights in this very clean b&b and a step from the port to visit the Eolie, friendly and available owner, very comfortable bed in memory and also the pillows, just for this I would give him 10 stars because he seemed to be at home and usually the beds are not always comfortable, the cleaning of the room is carried out every morning, it is also a rare thing, the only sin if we really want to find it, is that it is located on the 4th floor without an elevator, but they are organizing for this too!

We stayed in this bed and breakfast after a trip to the oils, convenient to check-in until the 23rd, kind owner. newly renovated rooms and clean no, there is no breakfast but coffee bags and some packed brioches are provided very convenient location from the port, very few minutes walk!

Convenient to the port

I stayed only one night, unfortunately, very close to the port and also to the center, modern and welcoming atmosphere missing some details but not of great importance. Very comfortable.

We stayed only one night in this B&B with fresh refurbished rooms, cozy and equipped with all the comforts. Very large shower, as well as the TV, air conditioner and comfortable bed, all within walking distance of the harbour and the centre. The rooms are on the third floor and for now (they will install it soon) there is no elevator.
