The apartment was spacious, very clean and well equipped. The terrace was a great place to chill at the rear of the building so it was a quiet area and not overlooked. Ronny was very helpful by helping with our luggage, calling for a taxi and giving on advice on area etc. Would return.

Great location, very helpful staff

An excellent choice. We stayed in a family apartment, which was well-equipped and clean.  Really helpful manager (Ronny) - always replied to emails/calls very quickly and helpfully.  And happy to make suggestions/give advice on things. The location is great, but that means a little bit of noise on Friday/Saturday night, but not too bad.  The furniture is fine - Ikea-style.  The sofa-bed was as good as all other sofa-beds, i.e. a bit squeaky, but fine.  There are proper supermarkets about 1.5km away - and opposite the apartment is an ok local grocer/mini-market and an excellent baker. 
One thing to be aware of: there are 20 steps from the street to the lift (elevator):  Ronny carried all our luggage for us, which was very heavy, with a smile, but if you have reduced mobility/wheelchair then this is not the place for you.

Good location, very helpful owner

We stayed in Desenzano for a weekend with our partner and one-year-old girl, we stayed in this property located in the center of the pedestrian island. The pros: refurbished and furnished rooms with all the amenities, impeccable cleaning, location, courtesy, kindness, education and availability of the owner. We parked in a paid parking lot 500 meters away taking advantage of the discount in agreement with the property. Negatives: none. Desenzano for me from now on will be the reference property to stay in. Compliments to the management.

Relaxing weekend

I was in this property found by chance on the web, with my family for 5 days in November. The living room was wonderful. Excellent treatment, the apartment set on 2 perfectly renovated floors was provided with every comfort, very comfortable! The building stands directly on the pedestrian main road very graceful. Really comfortable to all services. Very brave and very available the owners Cristina and Ronny! We will definitely return! Recommended!

That's great.

The apartment is generously designed, with all the amenities you need. Yet cozy and clean. Ronnie and Christina are extremely helpful and friendly. The location in the center is top-notch. It can be noisy on the street side at night, but the windows keep the noise out. The air conditioner works very pleasantly quietly for this.

In the middle of the centre

I have just returned from my 2nd stay at Flowers Apartments this year and it was just as good as the first. Ronny and his colleague Cristina are the perfect hosts, so welcoming and always available if needed. I had a spotlessly clean one bedroom apartment with a lovely view over the main piazza in the old town and a minute's walk from the lake.It had everything you could need including a comfy bed, good shower, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and even a special tap for drinking water. Highly recommended.

Excellent Stay

Stayed in NARSICO Apartment on third floor - only 3 of us, so there was loads of room.
Pictures and description of apartment are accurate.   Cleanliness first class.
Other reviewers have covered most aspects of the apartments. 
    Liliana was the perfect host - available if needed.
Overall - excellent - highly recommended.

Absolutely Fabulous

Apartments in the center of Desenzano, so very convenient to go out and take a walk on the long lake, many shops bars and restaurants within walking distance.

It's excellent.

The apartments are very beautiful and well maintained, and the location is very central, in the heart of the charming Desenzano, but there are some things to keep in mind: 1) the bells of the very, very nearby church start ringing from 7 in the morning, Saturday and Sunday included. 2) the square in the very early morning come trucks of various cleanliness, including those that empty the glass bells, resulting obviously in a frastuous breakdown (Saturday and Sunday included) 3) despite the presence of shelves, a lot of light enters the room from early in the morning. 4) the door of the apartments is practically insert in a restaurant context, so whenever you enter/exit you find a light staircase that stretches up to the front of the table and you have to get to a room with a fixed roof (Overnight and Sunday included).

I'm going to tell you.

the Flowers Apartments are perfectly located in the centre of Densenzano, just a few minutes walk from the harbour so you can catch a boat to any of the many towns on the lake. Or you are only 15 mins walk from the railway station where you can catch trains to Verona, Vicenza, Padua or Venice and many more places. So no need for a hire car. We have stayed at the Flowers Apartments for a number of years and are always made very welcome by Liliana who is always very helpful and accommodating. The apartments have everything you need for a holiday and being in the centre of the town are also close to all the restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended.
