Thieves, run! They cancel your booking without any refund, that’s why you can send them email/message vis booking or anywhere else! 
On the phone, they never answer, just an advise from me, GO BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL there is plenty of hotels in milano  that are honest.

I've traveled and visited many structures but the most shameful topaia I've ever seen is this one! Zero hygiene! Blow through the whole structure and staff including the Maleducated Owner! Offensive and Shameful! To spit in the face of that rude owner!

Horrible and unstoppable

Went to pay my bed , found out a very aggressive person , wanted to cancel my booking from Booking.com when I told him that he have no right to cancel my reservation.the Egyptian guy at reception he told me go out you are not in welcome

The hostel is comfortable and affordable, the guys at the reception are very friendly and help you with everything, the only thing that's a little dirty and the shower water is going to come out as hot as 10 minutes after you opened the faucet.

5 peladoes 

It was close to the city center by public transport and was quite at night. The wifi was very good. There are two different bathrooms for sharing and I never had to wait to use it. The kitchen set up is very simple with a fridge and I think a microwave, certainly no stove top. It was comfortable for two nights. I liked that there was a large communal eating area and it was no problem to use my laptop at this space since there was electricity (European) sockets under the table.
You have to be mindful that the reception needs to let you into the building so that means you cannot get into the building between about midnight and 9am. The pictures of the dirty bathrooms are accurate.

The hostel may have an affordable price, but that doesn't mean it has to be a dirty place, the bathroom is completely unpleasant, it has no fingers washed that opened the place. The person attending is very friendly and is relatively close to the center. But I would never return and I wouldn't recommend it either.

Psimo is the name of the game.

It just feels like nobody cares what is happening here.
I have never seen a more uninspired and half-@$$ed attempt at business in my entire life. The place feels more like a gulag than a hostel. 
There is literally a curfew, at a hostel... Also the croissant did indeed feel like something they would serve in a prison. You are only allowed to eat one per person by the way. I think that says enough.
Showers without hot water and with long queues instead, dirty bathrooms and kitchen. Even the hue of the yellow in our bedroom walls was disturbing, I assume probably inspired by certain facilities in Guantanamo. 
To be fair, the only nice things I can say about this place are the close distance to the bus stop and the relatively nice balcony.
Do not recommend.

Not worth it even for the cheap price

The administration is indifferent to the property of the guests. We came to the hostel on bicycles and we were not allowed to place our bicycles anywhere but the street, even if there were shells. To leave our bicycles on the street is not an option, especially on the outskirts of the city (where the hostel is located).

Negative experience

We booked this hostel three months before the trip. The fare was prepaid. A week later we decided that our son would come with us. And the hostel does not accommodate children under 18 years. We asked to cancel with a refund. The hotel did not give us anything back!!! And this is despite the fact that we asked to cancel 3 months before the trip.

There's no worse place!!!

It's cheap, it attracts a lot of customers. But the economic choice isn't worth it at all. The place is 1 hour away from downtown, and it's also in a neighborhood that's not terrifying to say. The gentleman at the reception doesn't speak much Italian, because he's of Asian origin. The breakfast included includes packaged breaks and instant coffee. I'm personally vegan, so I haven't touched food. You'll also pay a very questionable underwear fee.
