In the Villa Sabine we felt comfortable all around! The holiday apartment is centrally located, in a few minutes' walk you are in the middle of Meran. Located in a quiet street - and yet somewhat backward - you can live there superbly. Surrounded by a beautiful, well-kept garden you can have the day either in the garden or on the balcony. The apartment was top clean, everything you need - and the landlady was very warm and friendly, you get detailed tips on possible enterprises and events from her - what more can you want? We felt comfortable all around and would love to come back!

Hospitality and great location!

The villa Sabine has a superb location. Right on a beautiful shady alley in a quiet side street. This is important because Meran is partly hot and noisy. It's almost 1000 m from the city and only a few minutes from the supermarket, Tappeinerweg etc. The apartments are raw, somewhat old-fashioned but big and well cut. Everything needed included. Kitchen is available and very clean. Bathrooms and bed are of new value. The garden and the entire grounds are beautiful and well maintained, here you can find a lot of flat spaces. Costless parking spaces are available! Everything is lovely here and the hostess is very greedy and lovingly sparing! Build a free style hotel with a breakfast and a very clean kitchen, whoever wants to live here with his own bags of gold and purse is definitely worth more than living here with his mother.

Comfortable holiday apartment in great condition

The thieves came into my room and swept through my clothes and all my belongings, stealing all the money I had left in a bag. The owner had no insurance and told the firefighters that this was the fourth time the thieves had entered the room. Too bad she didn't warn me about this or recommend closing the blinds or being careful and leaving nothing. It would help me not lose all my money. All this happened in the morning while I was working. For me, a hotel owner without insurance is not acceptable.

The thieves came into the room and it wasn't the first time this happened!!

Very clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities, although with dated furniture, a few minutes' walk from the centre and the spas, indoor parking, excellent quality price ratio, very kind Mrs. Renata, we will definitely be back.

Family weekend

We stayed in August and we found this accommodation very difficult because Merano was very crowded. Mrs. Renate (very kind and available) booked us one last apartment. The stable is in a quiet area 20 minutes from Terme. Comfortable parking inside. The apartment unfortunately didn't like us as it was on the first floor, furnished in a confused way with furnishings mixed with new ones of various kinds. Too many rugs, too many pillows too many tents in a structure to rent, especially during Covid period. Clean but not very clean. Even the kitchen was full of cabinets and not extremely functional.

To be Fixed

I give this garnet a good rating for its very comfortable position, two steps from the center of Merano. It has a simple and familiar atmosphere. Maybe overall the structure is a little dated, but it's clean and well maintained.

Good location.

Mrs. Kuen, like her villa Sabine, is an institution in Meran. The little lively lady is not just a hotelier, no, she is a hostess. The house is old but very well maintained, the rooms are large, bright and clean. There is WiFi, a flat-screen TV and the bathroom in Room 6 was very spacious and modern. For breakfast, Mrs. Kuen likes to meet with her guests, gives tips on the weather, excursions and with advice and action. Gern tells her about her and her life in Saban, but doesn't push her stories. It was fun, interesting and helpful. It's cozy and comfortable and at any time of the day you want to lay down the villa. For everyone, there's only one thing to know: there's something complicated about the life in Saban, but it's not her story. It was funny, and it's helpful.

Hospitality, calm and relaxing

Newly renovated room, very clean and overall very nice and cozy. Breakfast plenty to choose from, not very close to the center, walking at least 15 minutes but all in all the advice!

How to feel at home

I would like to emphasize that between medium and very good we would need an intermediate score which is what I would give this Garni.The location is excellent, quiet and quiet area only 10 minutes walk from the centre, indoor parking.

Shopping and more.

The apartments in rent are spacious and well maintained. The bathroom is recently renovated and is very functional. Floor heating in the bathroom!!! Great. We stayed for three nights, and with two children afterwards, we can consider Villa Sabine as an optimal solution to stay in a small apartment in rent. The Villa is excellent as a support base from which to visit Merano and the surroundings. There is the car park. The center is a little more than a kilometer from the villa. The area where it is located is of a residential type and is very quiet. Hospital, pharmacies,....everything is very close. Anyone with children can understand.
