Really impressed with this Hotel /Apartments.
After reading some of the previous reviews I would say they are pathetic people who are probably angry all the time. Beautiful modern and clean superior room

Nice atmosphere and close to the resorts activities Cash or Card accepted and choice of meals.

Booking again next year 2024

Sweet Memories

I booked this apartment for a weekend in September 2020. A week before our trip was set, Tiberias was listed as a red city based on Coronavirus cases. Upon learning that, we contacted the owner who yelled at us and told us that he wouldn't cancel our reservation. He then went ahead and charged us in that moment, a total ethical violation, considering that when we booked it, we put that we would be paying when we get there. The only reason we found out was that we had a charge we didn't recognize on our card. The owner was completely unprofessional and the service was terrible! Find another option in Tiberias, there are plenty where you would be treated with a lot more decency than here.

Terrible Service! Don't Book!

A really superb apartment perfectly located for an evening stroll into the bustling neighbourhood nearby (yet far enough away not to be noise disturbed).

The free adjacent parking is a bonus.

The owner went out of his way to accommodate our check-in time that changed 3 times (by me).

Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Also secure.

The outside looks a little worn and unappealing but hey-ho - what building doesn't in Israel?

Fantastic, clean and central

We traveled to the north of Israel in May 2019 and stayed in the Sweet Dreams Apartment for two nights. This was our base point. We couldn't meet the owner, but it didn't stop us from getting in and out of the room! The overall impression was quite positive! We liked the spacious room, the cleanliness in the room. The availability of the kitchen and dining appliances and dishes. There was coffee, sugar, salt and other things. Excellent Wi-Fi. A TV. The availability of free parking is a huge plus. But always remember that you have to put the car in such a way that you can leave in the morning, as the parking lot is filled in the morning by cars that put the cars on the bus. Everyone remembers a good day's rest!

Stayed in these apartments, I liked it!

The manager Danny was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was very nice, clean and a great location. The only thing that bothered us was that there is no good place for a couple to sit together. The bar stools are not comfortable when sitting for more than the time of a meal. The couch seats only one. Other than that everything was great. Close to the sea, the stores, central bus station, promenade, tomb of maimonadese.

Good service, great location

Fairly well equipped apartment in central Tiberias. Just a few minutes walk from the promenade. Free parking in a public car park right by the building.

The apartment is well located and is well organized.  The staff are knowledgable and helpful!  Great staff and great place to stay!

I have stayed in many places in Tiberias before and this one is by far the best value for money. A modern interior with more than you need for great stay right by the Sea. Shops are on your doorstep. Lots of equipment and stoarge too. 

Superb quality. Clean and central. 

From the outside, the house doesn't look very inviting, but our apartment was very attractive and beautifully renovated and very clean. A nice big bathroom, the kitchen was also fine, although the equipment made you want something. So there was no bread knife, or fruit knife, for example. But for that, there was a good coffee machine. Unfortunately, it is very noisy at night on the street, sleeping through the nights we were here was unfortunately not possible. The owner is very hospitable and friendly and therefore very trying to do everything right. We had booked through Booking.com and there was a review that was not good enough, but in his eyes, he called me up with a request to improve the review. This was a very good explanation for his reviews.

Tiberias in the center

We had this rental for 2 nights, and the check in time is from 2-8, which wasn't a problem, but on the drive from Jerusalem to Tiberias, I realized I had forgotten Anti anxiety medication at our hotel in Jerusalem. I really did not have a choice to not return for it I would not be able to not have it for the rest of the trip as my withdraw symptoms come fast. I messaged the owner at 530 pm to tell him he would be a little late and explained why. He said sorry check in ends at 8! We were 20 minutes late for check in and he refused to let us stay there, nor answer our calls. I thought maybe he would at least let us have the second night there... no he charged us our full amount of 2 nights, and would not answer calls or let us stay a night. I understand there were rules in place, but there was no compassion. So if you are 100% sure you can make it to check in between 2-8 then it probably is a good place! If not, don't expect any favors.
