Additional information
All citizens of Israel are charged the national value-added tax in the amount of 17%. Foreigners who present a valid passport during registration are exempt from this tax. The front desk is not open around the clock. In case of check-in after 12:00 AM (midnight), guests should inform the hotel in advance and get check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation.
Hotel guests will be exempt from paying 17% VAT under the following conditions and according to zero VAT regulations:
- The guest holds only the passport of a foreign country and does not have Israeli citizenship.
- The guest enters the State of Israel with one of the types of residence visas: B2 (tourist visa), B3, B4, Diplomatic.
- The visa is valid for the entire stay at the hotel.
During the check-in process, guest must present the entry visa to Israel (a light blue and white note that is received when the passport is signed at the airport at the border control). Please keep this important document, which is a substitute for a stamp at Ben Gurion Airport. Without this document we will not be able to exempt you from paying VAT.
