Let's start with the hosts: Peter and Barbara are passionate about your house and your guests. And Peter's humor in the morning is brilliant. The room is big, so is the bathroom, everything is new, parquet hall is right in front of the house. The B&B is on a driveway, but it's also only 200 meters to the first bar in the heart of the city. Breakfast is exceptional, in addition to the usual standards, there's fresh fruit, on request there's everything on egg or very delicious porridge. So: you must have been here, Peter, thank you, Barbara.

But hey, the best B&B I've ever met in Ireland

Nice, spacious and tidy rooms. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast and the hosts - Barbara and Peter- are warm and empathetic. We stayed here for three nights and can definitely recommend the place.

Excellent B&B

Family rooms made available by a nice lady, on arrival the reception is super, lady very kind and very available in dispensing super information on places and attractions, small but well kept rooms and in fact comprising everything necessary. Including continental breakfast which unfortunately we did not enjoy due to a change of itinerary and departure time decided on the last.

Short bresk

We were here for four nights, the Kingdom House is great and comfortable, our room was big, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning with options like pancakes or chicken was very delicious. The location is great, quiet, and yet you're in the center in a few minutes. The absolute highlight of this accommodation is the hosts, Barbara and Peter were very warm and helpful. They organized our day trips and gave us very good restaurant and pub tips and enjoyed talking with us. We won't be going to the Kingdom House for the last time.

Fantastic B&B

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kingdom House.  Barbara and Peter are excellent hosts. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast excellent. It is in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Barbara's simple and warm home. We had a room that looked out onto the street, quite spacious and comfortable. A large bathroom, with a shower worthy of that name (high pressure). Comfortable bed, very copious breakfast (fruit salad, charcuterie, cheese, breads, jams, butter, coffee or tea, homemade pancakes some mornings). B&B near the center. Free parking. Possibility to have information about the roads to take or the sites to visit by asking the owners who offer maps. Very good quality price ratio.

Perfect for a step.

We are just back from an amazing weekend of motorbikes, sunshine, good food, great company and a few bevvies in Killarney!
Four of us stayed with Barbara and Peter in their lovely B&B when we attended Bikefest.
It was like staying with old friends, they were just so friendly and helpful. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and the showers were excellent.
Peter made a tasty, very filling breakfast every morning which kept us going most of the day!
Kingdom House is walking distance to the town centre and numerous bars, restaurants and shops.
They very kindly allowed us to park our trikes in their own garage allowing for great peace of mind.
The whole atmosphere in Killarney was amazing with everyone enjoying the fabulous weather and all the motorbikes.
Needless to say we will return and have already booked Kingdom House for next year!

Could not have asked for more

The ridiculously pretentious name of this B&B (with a crown on the sign!!!) makes the GREAT MODESTIE of the house stand out even more. It is the most expensive and least comfortable of the 20 B&Bs we have visited during our 2 visits to Ireland. It is very BROUXY because of the busy road: I slept very little. It is the only B&B where there was NO BOILLOIR DISH with tea and cookies like everywhere else.

Very poor quality/price ratio.

Barbara and Peter are delightful hosts -- incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The whole place is spotlessly clean! Beds are very comfortable, with plenty of pillows. Location is excellent -- just a few short blocks from downtown, and literally five minutes from the train station. We booked a Superior Room, and while the room itself was small, the bathroom was huge. And, of course, as other reviewers have said, the full Irish breakfast is great!
