Exceptional service of a bygone era.
Warm welcome at the door and meticulously decorated house and rooms.
Our hostess was completely charming  and an outstanding cook.
I’d be back in a heartbeat

This is a really lovely guesthouse... welcoming, clean, bright, confortable. The breakfast was excellent. the bedroom and facilities are absolutely first-class. We really enjoyed our overnight stay here. And YES! We would certainly come back again. A considerable amount of money, thought and love went into making this lovely old house and excellent modern B&B. Full marks to you and WONDERFULLY WELL DONE!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely B&B our first night after arriving in Ireland.  The house is elegant and grand.  Our room was beautiful, spacious and inviting.  The breakfast was excellent and the owner and staff were friendly, kind, understanding and helpful.  Meadowside B&B is a MUST stay when traveling in the county of Wexford.

We stayed at the Meadowside B&B in Bunclody, for one night, while visiting family in the area.
It is a great bed and breakfast run by a lovely friendly lady Phil, who made us feel very welcome.
We stayed in a very spacious, very comfortable triple bedroom and had a delicious breakfast in the morning.
We would highly recommend staying here, thank you Phil.

Phil is an outstanding host(ess). The facility is completely modern, room well stocked with tea coffee etc., and exceptionally clean. It is within a couple of minutes walk to nearby restaurants. Breakfast was great. Highly recommended!

This is the second time I have had the pleasure of staying at this delightfully traditional B&B and it was just as good as the first. I went for the  salmon and scrambled eggs breakfast option on this occasion; a very tasty and enjoyable start to my golfing day.  

Phil is so hospitable and friendly. Amazing breakfast that filled us up for the day with tea, juice, fresh pressed coffee, and full Irish breakfast. The room was delightful and very clean. It’s on the Main Street so walking was easy and still very quiet in our room. Phil will take great care of her guests. Parking is perfect behind the home. Garden for relaxing or picnic.  We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again. 

Meadowside is a wonderful retreat located in the quaint and friendly town of Bunclody.  Phil, the proprietor, is a delightful and authentic host and keeps a very clean, safe and welcoming place to stay.  Her breakfast is a traditional, tasty and well-prepared hearty Irish breakfast (or lighter fare continental options).  I highly recommend Phil and her lovely establishment.

Recently visited Meadowside again and am never in doubt of the wonderful welcome when we arrive. Phil is the kind of person that leaves nothing to chance and you can always depend on a great stay

We returned to this beautiful B&B once again.  It’s in lovely Bunclody and an ideal location for us to visit the beautiful SE of Eire and also see our Family and friends. It has a wonderful host Phil who maintains a beautiful homely B&B with a wonderful Breakfast to set you up for the day.  We plan to stay here every time we visit Wexford. I even celebrated my Birthday there!!! A very  Pretty carpark/garden too.

Perfect Stay

We stayed recently at Meadowside B and B we were attending a wedding locally. The service was excellent Phil was very flexible and accommodating allowing us to drop our bags etc. Lovely clean bright airy room all you could need. Nice hearty breakfast the next morning. Would recommend and would stay again.

Cannot sing praises higher, from the gorgeous building itself, to it's immaculate upkeep and the friendliness and helpfulness of Phil (the host) - we'd stay again in a heartbeat! There were four of us and the room we had was palatial, with beds you could lose yourself in. The breakfast was exceptional and just wish we could've stayed there longer really.

First night of the Wicklow Way - was perfect!!!

Lovely stay and Phil’s is a super host local to everything in an e cellnt small town pubs shops restaurants , so nice to stay in an authentic B and B old school hospitality. , the food was impeccable and the rooms were fresh, bright and comfortable. Phil is an excellent host and they will definitely return!

One night stay  over in Bunclody on a Fishing  trip on River Slaney

Our room was simply stated...BEAUTIFUL! It was like staying in a palace!. Phil was so so sweet and attentive to our needs. We asked where to go for dinner and she suggested a pub down the lane. She said, "Ask for Mike and tell him that Phil sent you." So we did! It was great! Phil made a yummy breakfast for us. I wish we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend the Meadowside B&B!!!
