So good we spent a extra night, Laura is the best, beautiful house, attentive service the little extras in the room 💞. Couldn't have asked for better and a bit of craic thrown in. Will be back Laura. Thank you so much x

Mid week break from life

Laura made us very welcome and couldn’t do enough.A lovely home and surrounded by lovely gardens .Our room had everything you could ask for,spotlessly clean and comfortable.Breakfast was first class.Could not find fault in any way.Will return.

A beautiful home,homely and very comfortable.

What a beautiful place to stay,the house was so comfortable everything was spotless.laura is the most hospitable landlady, nothing too much trouble.everything you could wish for was in the bedroom.The gardens were a testament to much hard work and looked magnificent.we will most definitely be back.

3rd visit to ireland

The B&B is located in the village of Ballymore Eustace convenient for a good meal at the Ballymore Inn and two traditional Irish pubs. Tinnybrook is an immaculate B&B, and the first thing you see as you arrive are the lovely gardens which the owner Laura manages superbly. Parking is available in the driveway.
The room we stayed in was lovely. Comfortable bed, a generous supply of tea, coffee, water and snacks, Fresh milk for hot drinks is available in the dining room. Great shower in  the bathroom with generous supply of toiletries and soft, fluffy towels.
Breakfast the following morning is excellent. Hot food cooked to order, accounting for any dietary requirements, there is also yogurt, fresh fruit, cheese and large choice of cereals.
Laura is a very friendly and accommodating host, with lots of information available and places to see and things to do during your visit.  We will definitely be coming here again.



A super stay, so many helpful extras

A second visit to Tinnycross - and every bit as good as the first.

This is a truly wonderful place - every B&B should be like this. Everything you could want (including privacy if you want it) and delivered with charm and a smile.

Breakfast was wonderful - and on the morning when we (sadly) had to leave at a silly time to catch a ferry, Laura produced a lovely packed snack to eat on the boat.

The room was clean, spacious, interesting and comfortable - with the best shower I've come across for ages.

We will be back ... again !

Simply the Best

Stayed 3 nights with my wife. We loved this B&B. It has a warm glow and feel and is ideally located. Laura is an excellent host. A one minute stroll from the B&B will take you to either the Back Bar at the rear of The Baltimore Inn for a quality evening meal or instead stroll to the inviting Paddy Murphy's Pub for a pint of Guinness. We did both and loved it. We will definitely return to this B&B.

An Excellent B&B

We were totally enthralled by so many small details and the warmth of the owner Laura... there's nothing we haven't enjoyed!! And the quiet location at the end of town guarantees uninterrupted night's sleep.

The owner is very kind and caring. Beautiful garden and decoration. Comfortable room. We just had trouble sleeping because of the heat (very nice weather) despite the fan recently installed. Very good breakfast.

We've seen and visited many and very good B&Bs, and when we admired their brilliant garden, they immediately offered to bring us sampling caps, which we also liked to take. Their kindness, helpfulness, and forward-thinking attention are unmatched. Just two of many examples: when we brought a take-away dinner from the local Chinese to the B&B, they had already covered the table with everything we needed.
