I really had a good memory there. Everything was fine. Rooms were spacious and clean .

Very goood experience

It is unfortunate that I need to leave this bad review. I stayed at this hotel twice before a few years ago, and I was happy and left a positive review. However, I am very sad to say that their quality of service has significantly deteriorated since my last visit. 

I don't know here to begin, from unwelcoming receptionist to uncleaned room on arrival and, worst of all, an absolutely disgusting breakfast restaurant, everything points out towards the lack of management and staff training. 

Rooms are not clean, and the bed headboards are full of dust and dirt. The breakfast venue is so filthy that any self-respecting person won't eat there. Food on the floor, carpets are dirty and disgusting,  utensils and dishes are not cleaned properly and staff are rude. There are so many managers in suits who are busy talking with each other but don't care about guests. There is always an excuse for their failure and inefficiencies. I am lost for words to describe how applauding this hotel has become. We will definitely not return to this hotel, and I advise any self-respecting person to avoid staying here. 

In conclusion, a revolting and disgusting hotel!


There is only one word to describe this hotel, disgusting!

when I arrived to the reception no one welcomed me, I didn't know who will check my booking,  the room was not clean , under the sofa to much dirt. The sheet was very old and not soft,  the marble around the sink was very dirty, when we ask for coffee they said in economy floors is not serve 🙄,  the gym is not free, the sitting area at the reception is dirty you can see dirt andrt the tables . I think the management of the hotel is not professional enough,  also room no.301 is making noise we smell cigarettes and food always outside the room , I stayed for eights nights . The good things about the hotel is the rooms are nice , the hotel is great from inside there are 4 lifts so you never wait .

Good day for Everyone!
Stay was good, room is nice. 
But I hope they will increase cleaning service at the room. The room cleanliness condition was not that good. 

The view is nice. I think weather at my trip was perfecto!  Totally for economy room for 8 days is about 810 USD.

It was a fantastic place with a wonderful view.

We didn’t know that Iran has these type of hotels!!

We stayed for 4 days and we didn’t see any bad things happening to us in this place.

Fantastic Place!!!

The reception staff were very rude and irresponsible.  The reception took more than half an hour. In this 5-star hotel with an expensive price, the welcome has no meaning . We waited more than 45 minutes for the internal manager to inform them

Staff reception is very bad

I have stayed at  this hotel a couple of times and I should say the most satisfying thing about this hotel is the service of the Concierge desk provided by Ms Sanatgar. She went beyond and above her role whenever I needed help with anything. She deserves 6 stars and that is why I am giving 5 stars to this hotel for employing such a brilliant person. Very professional with great command of English.

Concierge service is outstanding 

It's a good place to feel safe, but it's far from the center, which is something to consider. The spa is separate for men and women, which is unusual. Breakfast is decent, but the choice is small for 5. There are a lot of guests at breakfast, there's not always room at the table. Once even the cups ran out, you had to leave without coffee, you waited five minutes, you didn't wait. The impression of the hotel was very good despite the details.
