Had to overnight in Makassar. This hotel is just fine for that. Price was good. Room was clean and shower / aircon / etc all fine. No window but does that matter...it was night time anyway! Place was clean and tidy and staff friendly. Big shopping mall opposite. Supermarket and places to eat. TV had quite a few English language progs. Breakfast was fine. It is a little far from the airport..maybe 30 mins. Taxis from airport wanted 150k but you an get for 100k. Hotel will organise return taxi but make sure you agree 100k otherwise they will charge you 150k. No complaints at all about this place for a transit stop. Would use it again.
