Our family of 5 stayed at Villa Nusa in August 2022. It is a truly wonderful villa of the very highest quality. Stunning views and a fantastic pool and gazebo. Every detail is attended to with your own concierge and mobile phone for local services and restaurants. If you come to Lembongan then I cannot recommend Villa Nusa and Donna, Maya and the team highly enough. Outstanding

Villa Nusa is amazing

We visited Villa Nusa just before the world went mad with coronavirus and would have happily spent all of our lockdown in this amazing villa.
The villa is so idyillic and this place was the ideal place for rest , relaxation and recuperation. 
And what a view !  especially in the morning seeing mount Agung in full glory !
We went as a family of 5 adults and a baby and nothing was too much trouble for all the villa  staff and all the information we had  from Maya prior to our trip was spot on .  
Nothing was too much for the staff in the villa and they were very much guided by what we wanted, nothing was too much trouble and even presented my husband with a surprise birthday cake and a chorus of happy birthday much to my grandsons delight . 
Wonderful breakfasts cooked fresh at a time suitable for us, of pancakes, cooked breakfast , fresh fruit and freshly made juices .
In total we had two nights when we had a chef to cook our meal -why bother going  out !  fantastic meal and the washing up was done also  !!
We hired scooters and a golf buggy which was organised by Maya and got local restaurants to pick us up if we wanted to dine out or just go for sunset drinks.  Then back to the villa for more cocktails and an evening  dip in the pool.
Our whole experience at Villa Nusa was unparralled and as soon as we can, we will definately be making a trip back to Villa Nusa and their hospitality.

WOW - what a place !

We were lucky enough to stay at Villa Nusa just before the world went into lock down with COVID-19. We spent 7 nights at Villa Nusa and it was a perfect getaway with our family from Brisbane and my parents and Brother from England. Maya organised 2 seperate transfers from the airport for our flights arriving into Bali at separate times, this was no hassle. The view is amazing and it felt idyllic and oh so peaceful. The staff are friendly, cooked a delicious breakfast and kept the Villa looking spotless. Maya could not have done more and was happy to answer our questions, give recommendations and arrange transport, scooters and restaurant bookings. The villa is a little out of the main Jungutbatu area, having a scooter is handy but not a necessity. We had our 17 month old with us and restaurants would collect us and drop us back off at the Villa no problem. You can also get food delivered to the Villa from many restaurants and even have massages at the Villa, there is really no reason to leave. My Dad was also suffering with a bad back so Komang (the housekeeper) organised for someone to come to the Villa (within 30 minutes) which was amazing service!  Maya also leaves a mobile phone with phone numbers for the restaurants. My only reservation would be in relation to the upstairs bedroom which does not have air conditioning, but the 2 downstairs double bedrooms do. We hope we can make it back to Villa Nusa again very soon!

Perfect relaxing getaway

We have just spent an AMAZING 6 days at Villa Nusa. From the moment we arrived we felt so relaxed and at home. Maya the hostess was just lovely. Nothing was too much to ask.
Spacious gorgeous Villa with beautiful views! So quiet and peaceful!
From Wayan the pool keeper to Komun the housekeeper, everyone was so helpful and lovely. Komun also babysat our two young children!
Make sure you dine at Cassava Warung at the top of driveway! Beautiful food!!!
I highly recommend this villa as it’s situated not too far from restaurants etc and so quiet and serene!
We cannot wait to come back!
Nusa Lembongan exceeded our expectations so much! Try Two Towers for coffee as well!!!!

What a perfect Villa

Villa Nusa is absolutely gorgeous. The villa was beautiful with lovely open views over the land and ocean. The feel of the place is lovely and Maya and the staff at Villa Nusa were very warm and welcoming.we stayed with friends and had lovely massages, breakfast (great banana pancakes) and a in house chef one night. Maya was wonderful and organising us a buggy and scooters / dirt bike. We will definitely be back :)

Best stay at Villa Nusa 

We have spent 1 week in the villa with 2 families with four kids between 2 & 6yo, and the villa was perfect.
The service was amazing and everything was super easy. We could get things organised very easily and the staff was perfect.
Location is good because it is quiet and you can access everything very quickly with scooters.
Great place for food, drinks, surf and entertaining with friends.
I would highly recommend the villa.

Family holiday for 2 family, amazing place and so well looked after!!!

We rented Villa Nusa with a group of friends, nine persons in total. Our stay was flawless: the villa has a fantastic view and location is very convenient. Maya, Komang and the staff were helpful and provived us an excellent service. We also rented Villa Nusa Kecil. Both Villas are spacious, comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need. It was a great stay, I hope I will come back

Great villa, great staff

We had such an amazing stay at Villa Nusa! 

Donna and Maya helped coordinate everything from the Villa accommodations to our daily activities on the island. 

Villa:
The Villa was absolutely beautiful. It was plenty of space for the two of us and could certainly accommodate a whole family / group. There were multiple bedrooms, a full kitchen/ dining room, entertainment space and pool area. Our bedroom had AC (lifesaver) and a really amazing outdoor shower. The bedroom also had a beautiful closet for longer stays. The infiniti pool was the best view on the island. 

Staff:
The Villa was fully staffed! The staff was definitely the best part of our stay. Everyone was so friendly and extremely helpful. Donna and Maya checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff stocked our kitchen with snacks and fruit of our choice. Komang took such amazing care of the house and was a wonderful masseuse. They also had a pool attendant / security everyday. We felt so well taken care of throughout the entire stay. 

Activities / Misc: 
Donna and Maya also helped book our excursions on the island. We had a very memorable snorkeling trip swimming with Manta Rays. They also helped book some scooters to help us get around the island (always wear a helmet). We booked a private chef to come for a few dinners and they were some of the best meals we had on the island. Lastly, we had an amazing private yoga class. 

Overall: 
Overall, we would definitely recommend this Villa. We can't wait to come back.

The perfect way to spend our honeymoon

The villa has one of the best views on the island. From the living area and pool you have a breathtaking view of the landscape, the sea and Mount Agung. Maya does a splendid  job as the villa manager. She really takes care of everything you need or ask for. She makes your holiday a blast. Though the villa looks nice, though there are some points of attention. The third bedroom which is located upstairs under the attick is not as nice as the other two bedrooms. There is no airco, instead there is a fan. The wardrobe is small, certainly for a couple. The adjacent badroom is tiny and in a not so good condition. But the most annoying thing is the fact that you sleep directly under the roof. During the entire night you can hear jungle noises from animals. The first few days, I only slept for a few hours. 
The kitchen is in a not so good condition neither. It is to European standards, absolutely not as clean as it should be, doors of the cupboards don't close very well, and they feel sticky. The overall cleanliness on the inside of the villa could be improved. The pool area on the other hand is almost immaculate. Bring your own hair blower, because there is only one very tiny dryer available in the villa. 


Very good

The villa is as chic and elegant as shown in the pictures. Great rooms with lots of space and charm. The highlight is the location of the villa: you can see from the living area or directly from the beautiful pool on Bali and Mount Agung. The team around Donna is friendly, attentive and takes everything and all the inconveniences away from you. From breakfast to massage - everything is perfect. It was wonderful and we are happy to come back.
