Average hotel. Nothing exceptional. Not too clean. Linen not too clean and too old. No free drinking water offered till the 3rd day. Noisy clients by the pool keeps one awake till late.
Bad wifi, one needs to have own sim. 
Overall a very mediocre place.

It wasn't so bad neither good. I can't complain for the price I had. A bit better instead I paid for a capsule and I got a room. But everything could be improved. The bed was hard without topper. Air con quite ok but not cold. 32" tv. Hot water running well, but it did not drain quick and flooding the showering floor. No toothbrush so bring your own. They only provide the soap and shampoo, as well the old towel but still better than nothing. There's roof-leaked at the bathroom which sometimes dripped the water. And they don't change your bathmat eventhough it was wet (LoL). The floor has permanent stains in most places. The sink hole was rusted.
They do have parking lot for car and motorcycle. You need to use your own towel if you want to use the swimming pool. The swimming pool size is proper for exercise. But since someone spitting while he was swimming, I never intended to jump into that pool! Disgusting! Location is in the heart of Tuban which close to the airport.
By the end, you got what you've paid for..

This place looked very nice on the website but when we arrived it was very dirty. We had to ask for another room and they said they would clean it. The sheets they changed to were still very stained and the bathroom had never been scrubbed so stains covered the shower, floor and walls. The wifi was so bad we bought SIM cards to be able to use the internet. Our two night stay was very disappointing, we don't know anything about the breakfast since the breakfast got bad reviews so we decided to eat elsewhere. 

Not impressed. 

The photos online are quite misleading. The rooms are much older and tired out than the photos suggest. 

When we checked in our room, we immediately had to go back to reception to ask for our towel to be replaced as it was filthy, and both our bedsheets and duvet were covered in stains. We were then told the hotel was fully booked (it wasn't) and they had no sheets left so had no choice but to sleep in the bed. Luckily we both had silk sleeping bags we could use.

The bathroom is dirty. The floor is constantly dirty, it's old and our sink in the room was disgusting and heavily stained. 

The wifi is AWFUL. We couldn't book our next hotel because it was so bad. We had to walk up to a cafe we'd been to for breakfast to borrow there's. Spoke to reception about this but she didn't care because 'her phone was working'.

Only good thing about the hotel is the pool which does look nice although we didn't use it.

Location wise, very quiet around here. Not many good restaurants close by. We have booked in to a nicer hotel closer to the action for less money, so it's worth shopping around. 

I wouldn't stay here again.

Better value hotels aroind

Its totally change since i came to this hotel last year. Since their change the management,this hotel are totally different and i'm very exited when i came back. The hospitality are very nice,food also very good. Totally recomended for couples and single traveller to stay in this hotel..

Great stay in Bali

Staff is so helpfull and friendly, I can easily made food for my baby. Close to airport, discovery mall, lippo mall, easy to get transportation, can rent motorbike and car.  We will return to Asoka City bali for our next trip to bali.

Lovely hotel for family trip

I have stayed in this hotel four times past 5 months, while travelling aroung Indonesia. The hotel itself is good quality for the price, clean pool and clean rooms. The staff is mostly friendly, but don't speak good english.

Two times I have shared a room with a friend, and both times one of us has left earlier to the airport. Both times the staff haven't understood that the room is not yet checked out. First time I explained it to the receptionist when I left early, but they still called the room and woke my friend up to ask if she is leaving. Second time the receptionist came in to the room while I was sleeping there, without knocking. He said he thought we both left even though he clearly saw only one leaving. 

One time my friend asked the receptionist in the evening to let her know if her driver comes to the lobby before she is there, so she knows to come down. The driver came early and receptionist told there is no one with her name in the hotel - even when the room was booked with her name. Driver left and my friend missed her boat to the islands.

The last thing that happened is actually really horrible and I seriously hope that after reading this review the manager will have a talk with his workers, especially with one of them. This morning, when my friend went to the lobby to wait for her (arranged by the hotel) driver to the airport, the driver bailed because it was raining. She had to call for a taxi and when she was waiting for it, the receptionist man sat next to her and started touching her inappropriately. My friend found it extremely uncomfortable and abusive. She had to tell him to stop. She called me from the airport and told me this. I was shocked and could not sleep after that. I left the hotel early because I didn't want to stay there any longer.

This hotel probably goes well for couples, families etc but after this experience I can't really recommend it to solo travelling women.

Many uncomfortable happenings

We saw some comments and we expected the worst, but the hotel is very good, the bed is comfortable, the pool is great, the staff is very attentive and friendly, the last day we left the room but the flight left at night, we were left with a room to shower.
