We’ve two families checked in this hotel n stayed there for two nights. We were very satisfied with the rooms condition which are very clean and comfortable. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful especially Mr Lee who rendered all his best to help us , the hotel guests on planning our itinerary for personal travel within Bali island with his professional n unbias advice. 
The location of the hotel is very near to airport and it saved us the time caught up in the traffic jam. It’s also very nearby to Kuta beach for us to access there with ease. There are many restaurants nearby for us to find budgeted foods around with various variaties of local or western for us to choose. 
We would like to recommend guests to choose this Hotel. Will come back again on our next visit to Bali

Sweet memories in Bali

Went for a holiday with family. Our choice Bali. Don't know where to stay but highly recommended by friend to stay at Uno Bali budget Inn. The price was reasonable n the service was beyond expectation for a budget Inn. The room was large enough for a small family at at the same time very near the airport. WiFi, breakfast, extra pillow, air con, etc was provided. The owner was courteous n explained to us where to go for shopping n site seeing. All are provided for n the view at Bali is breath taking. BTW the owner is Chinese n u have no problem communicating with him in English, Chinese, Japanese, BM, Hockien n Indonesian. Its a pleasant n memorable stay n my wife/kids were really enjoying it. Hope to b there again in d near future. Keep up the good work n hospitality. Domo arigato gozaimasu.

Memorable stay at Una Bali Inn, Bali.

So  so expensive ... no window no balcony. İm asthma sick but my room havent a window  or balcony. I pay cash mony n cant take the mony. Be carrfl. So far to centrum.behind the big road. Thank u for concrete room.

Terrible.

It was a convenient place since I had arrived one day earlier than the rest of my family. I stayed for one night, Since I had booked the rest our trip in a resort. Even though I stayed for one night, I had a wonderful experience. Jia Lee I believe the owner of the place made my check-in smooth. He accommodated me in a nice clean room with great A/C. On the next day of my check out  Jia Lee had the staff make me a home style Chinese breakfast. I have to say I enjoyed my stay and if I ever return I would stay there again!

A convinient place near the Air Port

Due to some unexpected reason my friend and I have to stay in Bali for a few days more. Uno Bali Inn was my first choice for accommodation because its very near to the airport (around 5 mins)  and it's very convenient to go to any other places and take any transportation as this is a very important reason for us to choose this uno bali inn and as a visitor.  Its location really ease us a lot to go to any place! 

The room was unexpectedly clean as the first impression beside its really competitive price!  What's a good choice when u can get clean and cheap room. The host even upgrade our room! 😊😊😊 Not to mention the light breakfast for free of charge so my friends and I saved a lot for the breakfast during the trip.  The inn also sells unique coffee and chocolate made with the coffee bean which are highly recommended to buy as souvenirs. Somehow, we cant get it due to stock unavailability. 

One of the best thing to mention staying in this inn is the hospitality and warmness we received from the host!!!!  Mr. JL Lee was very kind and friendly in offering his help to solve our problems during our travel to Bali even though we are not locals!  I bet there is no one/hotel/inn will try as hard as Mr. Lee to help us to solve problem so that we can eventually back to our country. A thousand thanks and appreciation to the host, Mr. Lee and his family and also we want to apologize for any trouble that has created!  You are such a kind and helpful person and we really learnt a lot from you! 

The owner of this inn even offered himself to take us for dinner when we were having hard time finding good restaurant and also cheap  transportation! So he brought us to a great Japanese restaurant and a famous bakery shop to try on the different kind of food without charging us. We become friends in this trip!  

For any foreigner that wants to travel to Bali for the first time, I suggest you to stay in Uno Bali Inn because Mr. JL Lee has been staying here for quite a long time and he really knows a lot of great place (tourist attractions and also some good places that locals keep to themselves only 😉😉😉). He can really give good advise and you can try a real bali culture during your trip.  I bet he will try his very best to offer his help to all his customers just like how he treated us. I will definitely come again to visit him in Bali when I have the change and stay in his inn again!

Best host i ever met in Bali trip!

The inn is located near to the airport and it's very convenient to travel from the airport to the inn.

It is an inn with great value of money. Me and my friend were staying at the third floor, in a family room with one queen size bed and one single bed. The only cons is there is no lift in the inn. However this will not affect much as the highest floor in the inn is the third floor. The room is comfortable, clean and equipped with basic amenities.  

The customer service of the inn is superb. Mr. JL is very friendly and extremely helpful. We arrived at the inn in the middle of late night and he waited for us in the front desk and served us well. He helped us to arrange our transportation and served us simple yet tasty breakfast with great coffee every morning. We even had dinner together in a Japanese restaurant and had a great talk. All of the staff treated us really well. They will provide many useful information on nice local foods and local places that tourists should visit in Bali. 

It's a great 3D2N stay in a lovely inn. 
Will definitely come back to this inn again! :)

An inn with superb customer service! 😁😁😁

Hotel is situated between a garbage field and a busy highway, not that nice of a location. The area was eery and hotel quite fitted in. Cheap place to stop for a night before early flight, but would not recommend for a longer stay.

Good sleep

Decent place for a stay near the airport (which was my purpose). Very clean and comfortable. Great value for what you receive. Although the staff doesn't speak that great of English they still so their best to help out. Since the WiFi wasn't working a staff member set up a Hotspot for me and I was so greatful for that :)

Perfect for hotel stay near airport

Stayed here to be close to the immigration office & airport as I needed to renew my visa and catch a flight. Hotel itself is fine but if you do not have transport it is impossible to hail a cab and there are just a couple of basic food places around. Hotel has free drinking water, which is great. Good for a night stay but don't get there early as nothing to do in the surrounding area. It can take a while to cross the busy highway - you just need to step out and hope traffic stops to get across to immigration! It's less than the minimum cab fare in a bluebird taxi so it will cost you 30,000 + 10,000 parking if you go to the airport. Hotel will call a cab for you which is very helpful. Breakfast was a large pork bun type thing, chinese owners / management at hotel. Good if you have business at immigration or need to be near the airport for a short time.

Ok for short stop over.

We stayed in Uno Bali Inn for one night straight after a 19 hour flight. The location is out of the way of the busy touriat part of Kuta and you need a 5min taxi to get to the bars / restaurants / beach. The location is convenient for the airport.The hotel itself is clean and the staff are very helpful. Only downside is that the rooms have no windows, which is just the design of the building. Breakfast was basic but satisfactory. Would recommend as a launchpad after a long flight.
