What was good

Loved the kids area, the slides and the kids club. The staff were wonderful and caring at the kids club. My kids did not want to leave the club. I would have had a very different experience if we stayed at the family paradise I am sure. The rooms looked much nicer and child friendly and the facilities were great.

What was bad

There was construction going on and we were staying on the main hotel side so had to walk the long way to the family paradise side every day. Also the poolside cafe food was poor quality and not much selection. The cocktails were lacking finesse as well. Not 5 star quality at all. The staff were just ok but not special. Many times I had to walk to the cafe to get their attention as they are not observant and not easy to get their attention.
