Amazing place to stay in, property is a gem. Highly recommend. This is one of the properties you come across thinking it’s going to be okay but turns out to be awesome!! As I confirmed my booking not only did I get a response from the owner but also experienced consistent follow up in regards to the stay, will definitely book this property on my next visit. Believe me the owners add a lot of value to their business and are very responsive. I have shared the conversation screen shot. If this is not to your mark, I don’t know what will!!!

The location, property, ambience, facilities all 10/10....Ms. Anu had been very helpful.  All my queries were resolved on one call. From check/in till check/out everything was just FANTASTIC. Really a very good property.  

Our trip to Goa was a very memorable one, the stay was an amazing place and very well maintained rooms.

My friends and I had the most awesome holiday staying at this jewel of a villa - Casa Legend in Arpora Goa! It was so comfortable in every way and well kept. We didn’t even have to worry about the hygiene and safety considering the pandemic. The location is so ideal that all good restaurants and beaches are within reach and cabs are available 24X7. The pool is divine and a must - spend- day-in-it kinda deal. I highly recommend this property.

We went to Casa Legend, Arpora on the 26th of feb, the stay was excellent. It is very well located and is close to almost all the good places. The pool is very well kept, and all the people taking care of the complex are extremely sweet. I would highly recommend it! Other than that there is a 24 hr availability of cabs. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed it!!!!

The Stay was a fabulous experience with Casa legend.. Felt like a home in Goa. Will recommend to my friends. If we go again we will surely go for it blindly. Enjoyed every bit in Casa Legend. Thank you 

Very nice place to stay...Nice gentry...Beautiful rooms.. Extremely neat and clean swimming pool... Mrs Kohli was very cooperative and very helpful.. Roselyn who manages the room service is good too...will miss living there

I suggest daily room cleaning shud be there and rules for swimming pool can be relaxed

Just beaware of the Lootera Taxi stand people..
Go out and u will find easily good pwople out.... Loot machines ...Charge heavy price and rent for vehicles that must have been dismantled till now...Na baat kernw ki tameez aur attitude se bharey jaise aisaan ker rahe hain...

Excellent stay for a small family, good room size with a small kitchen area with a induction cooktop, refrigerator, cooking and serving utensils enough for 2-3 person and a microwave, smaller requirements like clothes drying rack in balcony and an iron with ironing table is taken care of.

The property is nice and well maintained, and host Anu is very helpful and friendly. They allow swiggy / zomato deliveries inside the property.
We stayed in a studio room,  it was spacious, kitchen was equipped with utensils, oven and cutlery. It also had a balcony overlooking the pool.
There is a supermarket, wine shop and bike rentals nearby in walkable distance.
The only reason i m giving it 4 stars is because we were promised 30 min early checkin at 1.30 pm but we were made to wait till 2pm which is their checkin time. We initially asked for a much early checkin (5 hours early) at extra charge but they refused to give saying we booked studio room and there is no vacant studio rooms even though they had a vacant 1bhk apartment. Also pool could have been more clean.

Wonderful stay


This 1 BHK was ideal for our break of 6 weeks in Goa. It is spacious, nicely done with a kitchenette and a lovely balcony with a pool view. 
Anu and Ravi are awesome hosts and took care of all our requirements and asks in a timely manner. 
Location is safe and quite near to all the amenities. Property is very well maintained

Visited the property between Feb 2 to 5. Loved the studio apartment we had booked. The host us super sweet and accomodated all our requests. Would happily book it again when I'm back in Goa. And the place is super close to all the main attractions of Goa like Baga and Calungate. Plus the society super quiet and clean.

Casa Legend Review

Perfect stay from start to finish. Roselyn the care taker was genuinely friendly and helpful. In my room the toilet flush was not working and I reported to her and within a 5 minutes she resolve the problem. The room was spacious for myself, my wide and my 9 yrs old daughter. Room, bedding and bathroom clean and comfortable. Big bathroom with all quality necessities. Very peaceful night waking to the sounds of birds. Great value, highly recommend and will definitely stay again when visiting goa

This is the 10th time I stayed at this property and it calls for a review. In the heart of North Goa, this apartment is a part of Reveira Hermitage , the same builders who designed the adjacent DoubleTree by Hilton in Arpora. The proximity is just right to get to Baga, Calangute, Anjuna or Vagator. The room is pool facing with a secluded balcony and is well furnished with facilities such as kitchen stove, microwave, utensils, washing machine, steam iron. The room is maintained by a maid who keeps it clean. The feeling is as close to staying in a hotel only with bigger rooms and your own independence. You can prepare your own food or order it from near by food joints. We dine at the DoubleTree and the staff is courteous to offer you a 20 percent discount because you stay adjacent to the hotel. As a family, we just can't imagine our stay elsewhere. I usually hire a car right outside the apartment and use it for our commute everyday. This place is also road across the Saturday Night market.
