We had booked and paid for a one night stay at Dewa Goa in advance via Agoda. However, when we arrived there (at about 10:45pm) We were told that the booking is not considered valid as we booked at a too low price and that we had to pay more in order to get into our room. Of course we complained and pointed out that we have a booking confirmation and paid the price this room was offered to us. They then just claimed that they actually do not work with Agoda and that we have to call Agoda to clarify (ridiculous). This went back and forth for a while but considering the time of the day in the end we were forced to pay in order to be able to get into our room.
We also asked about the breakfast times as our booking clearly stated that breakfast is included. Nevertheless, they told us they need to check if it is included or not. In the end we never found out as they never got back to us and we left very early the next morning before breakfast started.
The room itself was just awful, there is no other way to say it. Nowhere close to the pictures on the internet. Not very clean overall and the sheets had stains and the pillow cases were full of hairs. Which means that the linen clearly hadn`t been changed in-between guests. There was no window and the room was musty smelling. To top it off, it was infested with mosquitos. We got bitten very badly and hardly managed to sleep.
When we unpacked at our next destination we realised that we had left our phone charger and adapter behind. The owner of our next accommodation called Dewa Goa for us to ask if they found these items in the room but the person he talked to said nothing was in the room. We had to assume that someone from the staff had already found and kept it.
All in all a very unpleasant experience and I can just advise everyone to stay away from OYO Dewa Goa.

Beware of their scam

I was in Goa and my flight was at 9.50 pm as I was to check out from my resort at around 1 pm so to take rest I booked this hotel through OYO App and paid the hotel charges. I was requiring this hotel only for 6 hours but then also I paid full 1 day amount.
On reaching hotel at 1.35 pm first of all the So called Manager at reception desk denied if any booking   in my name. Then I showed him the booking details etc then he agreed that booking existed in ny name but refused to provide the room stating the room booked by OYO is at low price and as season has started he cannot provide room to me. I asked him what is the solution he asked ne to pay additional Rs 500 plus GST then only he will provide room to me.
I called OYO helpline explaining them the position, the OYO customer guy talked to the manager but he did not budge from the position and ultimately the OYO team took up the matter with owner of the hotel and some how the problem was resolved between the two and ar around 2.45 I got a very shabby room 301 which was 10 x 9 feet. I could utilize this room only for 4 hours and checked out at 7.00 pm
So guys be careful while booking this hotel on OYO the hotel will not accept your booking.

USELESS HOTEL WITH NO COMMITMENT 

We reached hotel  from dabolim railway station..........it is 10 minutes walk also airport from this hotel is 10 minute,,,,,,,,,,, walk.but if you have luggage or travelling at odd hours you have to shell out Rs 300 for the same

It is small hotel .....rooms were clean but without proper window .....that was bit suffocating .....if you are travelling with family confirm that you do not have the small rooms .as it would spoil your holiday

Food was reasonable..........we had booked rooms with breakfast.but as we had to move out early in the morning we requested owner to give us sandwich may be prepared at night itself....but he did not instructed/bothered  his staff for the same & we had to leave without breakfast........

OK FOR THE DAY

An ideal place for a famiky,nestled in a residential area. The owner Ritesh is very proactive and attends to all matters very promptly. 
The Car driver Biru as well as the caretaker Yamnoor ensured that they attended to their task diligently. 
Clean and well maintained rooms.
The cab rates were steep but that is a general trend in Goa.

Decent place to stay!

Property is only 5 mins drive from Goa's Airport, Special Thanks to Mr. Ritesh Kumar and his wife for their warm hospitality, they really made our trip enjoyful. I would like to thank Sahil also for all his extended help. 

North Indian food preparation is simply awesome infact chinese and south indian food is also commendable... 

Apart from hotel, they have nice and cozy apartments as well in the close vicinity. 

Overall they made our vacation so memorable... Thanks Ritesh and entire Dewa Goa staff...

Superb Location and Awesome Stay

We had a room with hardly any sunlight, cockroaches and terrible lighting. Which we paid 4100 rupees for. The sheets were dirty and had stains all over them. I highly recommend you to keep on searching for an other hotel if you like any sort of comfort. You will not find it here

Overpriced and dirty

We came here with screenshot from booking and asked if we can get this price which is also better for him (less fees etc). He offered us higher price than the one in booking.com. After we wanted to book it on app, he said there will be even cheaper room, only a lil smaller. We agreed, because stay was only for one night. After we paid and got the keys he said this room doesn’t include breakfast and we can pay extra for breakfast. The room was cheaper by 200 INR, so we wanted the previous booking offer - bigger room including breakfast. Then he said also this cheaper room includes breakfast.. Room was stinky and in the cellar. There was a big window to the street with no covering, so there was big lighting whole night. Next window was to the kitchen, very weird sounds were coming from there as disgusting spitting, sometimes sounds like vomiting.
In the morning breakfast supposed to be from 7.30 to 10, we came around 8 and waited 20 minutes until someone even came. Man with very bad English gave us menu and when we asked what is includes he was not able to say, repeating tea coffee tea coffee. We asked him just bring us some breakfast which is included coz we needed to get to the airport in time. We got two dry toasts with cheap jam, two small coffees. Taxi offer to the airport was 300 INR, our app showed us 150.. never again. We walked by the road and it took us 20 mins.

Worse than expected

One of the best pocket and family-friendly hotel near Goa Airport. Always serves the best, tasty and freshly made food. The rooms are too spacious in your middle price category. Staff is really helpful. Can't wait to come back here for another stay.

- Wall arts are too pretty in rooms and in the dining area.

Pocket Friendly Accomodation

Disappointed that even after confirming the booking dates with the owner and informing about my late night arrival in Goa airport, was left high and dry at the airport when no one answered the phone on their side for pickup from the airport. 
Finally had to cancel and book another hotel at the last moment.
Very irresponsible management.

Mismanagement.

If you have late night or early morning flight to catch and don't want to take risk of reaching airport then only stay in this hotel. My room was very compact without window. There is nothing around this hotel at all. No public transport, city market etc. Very lonely place and not advised for travellers who are planning to come Goa for vacation. Hotel provides cab drop service by charging 300rs for a 1.5 km. which is way too expensive. Vasco market is 7km far without any travel option. But the food was amazing and I would say best punjabi and goan food we had in Goa.
