Today I had lunch with my office colleagues . The Appetite Restaurant  is well furnished , specially they decorate very well for independence day . We had wonderful lunch great taste and excellent service by service team . Special thanks to Mr. Sadik who took our reservation and served with smile.

Office Lunch

Had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is situated in the middle of city which makes it easier for the guests to reach here. The rooms had amazing decorations and interiors. The room service was spot on. Overall, a great place to stay and that too in this low price range.

The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected.

Totally unprofessional and untrained staff. My friend had booked 4 rooms for 5 nights. Advances also paid advances. I came for 3 nights and when I checked in, 6 times power was deliberately cut saying your payment is not done. Hospitality took it's death from there.

Rooms are spacious and housekeeping is quick. 
Clean rooms too.

One of my friend forgot to submit key, they charged 300 rupees, again very unreasonable. I work at a 5 star branded hotel and we charge a meagre 50 plus taxes. But no, not willing to listen. They charged and over and above that did not give receipt even after insisting. Hope it went the right place.

Hotel is good, Senior Management seriously needs to look into the training of staff and their guest interactions.

Was here for friends wedding

It was really very nice and comfortable stay at this property. It’s beautiful and has a great location. Rooms are very neat and clean. The food is super delicious. Service is excellent. The hotel staff were very courteous, friendly, and helpful. I would love to stay here again. Highly impressed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a good property of OYO situated in Sector 62, Noida for business travellers. Accessible by metro but far from New Delhi railway station and Airport.The rooms are well built with all basic amenities.The views are fine as well. However the customer service is a definite area of improvement, esp responsiveness to guest requirements. The attached food restaurant Curry Hut is not very great and quite expensive.

OYO Experience

It was one of my worst experiences. After getting the key from the reception, I went up to the room and found that it was already occupied by someone else. What an embarrassment ! Came back to the reception. The front desk did not believe me and sent a staff to check and then realized his mistake. Half an hour was lost.

The room - it was the most ordinary hotel room I have ever seen with very basic furniture. The linen on the bed was dirty and unkempt.

The washroom - it was dark and dingy, the flush did not work. Picked up a towel - it dirty and was torn with a yawning gap right in the middle. 

Housekeeping - despite following up, no service was provided.

Elevators - the slowest and smelliest you will ever find

Breakfast - it had some choices but the hygiene was awful.

Feedback to management - the customer relations people did call to gather feedback but I do not think that any action was taken.

Please do not stay here unless you do not have any other option

During my recent visit to Noida with my wife, I opted to stay at this 3 star OYO property located at Sector 62 Noida. The hotel allows normal check in at 13.00 hours and normal check out at 11.00 hours. Check in was smooth. I  booked a Classic Double room . For 1 night with breakfast for double occupancy, I paid Rs. 4100 with Breakfast incl GST. Very high as compared to the quality of room and facilities. Let us now move to the review of facilities and my experience ( Rating have been assigned in a Scale of 1 to 5 , 5 being highest):-
A. Location : Located in Sector 62, within 9 kms of World's of Wonder and the Great India Place. (Rating 3.5).
B. Room : Our Classic category room no. 402 was located on 4th floor. With 172 square feet, size of the room was moderate. The simpmeton decored room have a glass window.The room had a standard queen sized bed,  a writing desk , a wardrobe with safe and a luggage stool . Bed was just ok with standard linens and choice of pillow with different firmness. The room was clean and have  amenities like tea/coffee making facility, safe deposit locker, a small wall mounted LED TV . 2 bottles of  bottled water are provided and tea and coffee pouches replaced every day. Bathroom was of good size clean with curtaibed shower area and standard sanitary fitings. Toileteries like shampoo, bath gel were provided. Quality of toileteries is just basic. Room had good air conditioning.(Rating 3.5)
C. Facilities : The hotel has the essential facilities that you expect in a business hotel in this category . The lobby is small and bright. Wifi is free for the guests inside room and wifi strength is good. (Rating 3.5)
D. Dining options: The hotel has a on site restaurant that serves Indian Cuisine.(Rating 3.).
E. Overall service : At Rs. 4100 it is not value for money and I can not call it anything beyond 2 star category. .(Rating 3)
  I shall not recommend at this price (OVERALL RATING 3)
