Dirty everything , including bedding with hair from previously being used and not changed, broken worn furniture, MOSQUITOES so big, that if you get bitten, and a terrible noisy location. I want my money back Ebookers

Breakfast could have been more substantial and a bigger cup of coffee! And what there was ,was very nice!

Worst staff in the hotel. Shady hotel entrance. Broken toilets. The staff member banged the door on us when asked for an extra milk pouch. He shouted so bad on my family that it is a huge safety concern for us now being non locals. The impression he gave of mumbai is people in mumbai are rude. This is what the hotel represents. Noone is listening. For breakfast they just have bread butter. Not listening to any order in room service. After a long joined to mumbai, found the washrooms so dirty that after coming to the hotel, we could not use it for 4 hours. When we asked them to clean, they were not even admitting that the washrooms were dirty

Worst hotel experience 

Its a nice stay, i think its good Budget hotel in Mumbai and about this property, it is located just 5 min away from Jogeshwari station hence it is well connected to major places.  it is located in well established Marketplace and have many food options near by.

Nice budget hotel

I had a very frustrating experience with this hotel. After booking and paying for my room online several days before, and receiving a confirmation email and SMS, I arrived at the hotel only to be told that foreign guests were not permitted to stay?!?
If it weren't for the very gracious assistance of the owner Zeehan (who spent nearly 2 hours on the phone to Goibibo and OYO) the huge inconvenience would have been 10-fold. A very poor experience...

My Room was very small and also from outside, we are unable to identify the Hotel and its entrance. There is No Parking Facility available. The place in middle of market. Staff was supportive. Will not recommend with Family.

Budget hotel, good place for business traveler I won't recommend this place for family visitors. Location of the hotel is good, everything is near by. Rooms are good and well maintained. Overall good for staying.

Budget hotel 

Its a an okish kind a place to stay. Place was clean but not that well ventilated. Location was good near to andheri station. Staff was decent and will suggest the place only for short stay that for solo or group travellers only.

I got out of the taxi and the first thing I noticed was the intense smell of rotten fish, because it was in a shopping area and all the fish residue was left on the street. the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, only room service, because that means that under the stairs they have a horribly small room where they have a greenhouse and make breakfast, etc. The cockroaches got into my room and suitcases...that same day we wanted to go there but unfortunately we got paid for 3 nights and no money was returned.
