OYO 9417 Seaside Residency

Good and clean  budget hotel. Located near the railway station as well as the beach.  Tv channels well-provided. Room service was poor. Though the room was booked for 3 guests there was no provision for the 3rd guest. No wi-fi connectivity.

Good budget hotel

I booked this hotel on booking.com with name- New Seaside Residency.When I reached the hotel I was told both are same!!!! It seems that they are booking hotel rooms with different names!
I booked Deluxe Room with Breakfast , But  they don't have Deluxe Rooms and this hotel is like Lodge. I was given small room with A/C.
I had to ask for Bath Towels, Soap and Mosquito Repellent.
Wi-Fi was not working for both the days.
Rooms are very small.
I will definitively NOT recommend this hotel to any one , as there are many superior hotels available at the same rate. 
The room images used in website are not true.

Low Budget Lodge, NOT Recommended

We booked 2 nights stay at this hotel via Agoda. After arriving we were initially told we had to pay extra, even though we had paid the balance in full prior to arriving. They then changed their minds and told us that we couldn’t stay at all due to having a restriction against foreigners!! We couldn’t believe it. We couldn’t imagine the only reason we couldn’t stay at this hotel was because we were not an Indian citizen. OYO group clearly have a problem with communication with their hotels as all the staff do is blame the higher management. Shocking customer service.

Won’t deal with “foreigners”!

I just opened shower for a bath the red colour water was coming out from the shower it's better to have a bath in public toilet , and the property is situated in heavy traffic centre even u will not get space near the hotel to park our personal vehicle, the entire stay time u want to worry about the car, at this rate u will get better hotels in near by

Worst hotel I ever booked bcz from 3 year onwards I using Oyo Rooms but this property was in such a waste place I choose

Sea Side Residency Hotel, Alappuzha Kerala is a low grade hotel, specially ground floor rooms.Bad smells, unhygienic. Deserve 1star. I will not recommend it for my friends and relatives.Bad experience

Please do not go with pictures posted by the hotel. First of all this is not a Hotel this is a low budget lodge. I would not recommend if you are going with family. It has stinking bathrooms with no latches. This is a budget accommodation, got enough if you want to spend few hours only and got if you get  a deal for less than 900 from oyo rooms.
