I was inquiring about a corporate event, unfortunately the contact numbers shared by the call center folks were not answering... i tried multiple attempts.. ****PATHETIC SALES TEAM IN TERMS OF RESPONSE**** PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME FIND AN ALTERNATIVE******

We went for a wedding and it’s an amazing venue for a three-day event: each location on the resort was better than the last one and they were all pretty. 

Our room was in a quiet courtyard at the back of the site (well quiet until the last night when preparations for the next wedding went on until 0330 in the morning just outside our window.) We had a lovely verandah onto the courtyard.

We didn’t eat in the restaurant per se as it was non-stop wedding party, party party, but the food - largely buffet but with a couple of thalis - was delicious. Tasty for the hosts but not too spicy for the wimpy foreigners. 

Breakfast was either Indian (which I loved) with dosas and omelettes cooked to order, or western. There was fresh cut fruit but the hot drinks were disappointing. No matter, it was a tiny thing. 

We found the staff helpful and the laundry quick and ever so inexpensive. The pool was large but you have to pay extra to access the water slides, which seemed odd. 

Probably best for an event as it’s a good way outside Hyderabad and 90 minutes from the airport. But that’s largely what they do - and jolly well.

Great place for an Indian wedding

We went for my niece's wedding from Dec 23-25th. It was a great experience. The venue was fantastic for a wedding. It was super convenient to go back to your room and change for the next event. The staff members were quite respectful and attentive to our needs. I would recommend their laundry service too. The turn around time was quite fast. All in all we had an incredible experience.

Very comfortable stay,  beautiful property, amazing food and the staff is very sweet and hospitable. I had forgotten my wallet at a wedding function here and had lost all hope of retrieving it, on the last day, i went to their reception to ask about the same, met Mr. Mohapatra there, to my surprise, they had carefully stored it, along with all my cash and cards intact, was so relieved, not something I am used to, coming from North India.

One of the finest ambience and service, ever experienced…the reception service needs a special mention due to their courteous and prompt service…
The food options are plenty, with different restaurants offering speciality cuisines...the quality of food is par excellence at reasonable cost..


Vacation with Family

On 21st August we booked the convention hall for my 2 sons Dhoti ceremony and right from booking to the preparation and the all important event day everything went just as we wanted. Our family and friends were so impressed with the Facilities, Food and the all important Service. Thank you to the Aalankrita team for putting up such a good show.

Very relaxing trip and had fun time with family. Special thanks to Mohapatra sir for always being present. He made sure all our requests were fulfilled immediately. Kids had good time in the pool the food was awesome

Worst service. Staff and management didn't care for feedback. Shabby facilities, attitude and service. Repeated complaints didn't help.

Simple things like toilet jet not working, kettle not having electric plug and fan making too much noise are all beyond expectation.

Resort is peaceful. Good for family. Rooms are average. BF is complimented Food was good. Highlight thing here is SPA. SPA service is very good. Will visit for SPA again. Recommended to visit for SPA. 

Resort for SPA.

We, two senior citizen couples aged more than 70 stayed at the Alankrita Resort with prior bookings for 3 nights from 10 July to 13 July - check out  date. We opted for two studio type rooms adjacent to each other - S1 and S 2. Our stay was fairly comfortable , with good and tasty food ,good ambiance and plenty of shaded place to roam around.We got a free golf cart tour of the facility also.The staff was approachable and courteous . 
A few points to improve the performance -
1.The facility is not all senior citizen friendly.There are no handrails next to the steps for support,no hand grip in the bath room and toilet which makes elderly persons very vulnerable for an accidental fall.
2.The shower room is too small and narrow and makes it difficult even to turn around.
3.Though the house keeping staff is responsive ,they work on a very adhoc basis without any check lists.For example ,we had to ask for bath mats small towels and refill for mosquito repellent etc.
4.There is a lot of unwanted undergrowth of plants / weeds all around and the gardens need better regular maintenance. 
5.There is no facility to get some snacks or beverages during the day time ,other than the restaurants which are open for lunch or dinner.
