I had a Stay in this Hotel with my Family for a Couple of Days, i had felt that i am with my Friends and in Home, every aspect about their Hospitality towards their Guests is Vulnerable.
The Rooms and Service is Very Good
The Hotel is also Located in Prime Location where i had given some of my time towards my Business Meetings also
Overall Satisfactory Stay with Good Memories
Let them Keep It Up and wish them all the Best for their Future

Affordable Hotel with Modern Amenities

It was excellent .Mr. Phany and the receptionist madam were very helpful , cooperative . Staff was good .Food was okay .Location is very good The room was clean and comfort with modern facility

The checkin process was fine. The staff are polite and helpful. However, some of the facilities in the hotel are just not up to the mark. The geyser was not working in our room. The hotel staff arranged hot water after about two hours of complaining. The light by the room entrence was not working. They assured that the issues will be fixed by the evening, however it was not. We had an early start the next day and hence the hotel staff promptly arranged hot water by 6.30 AM. Had to change the room for the same problem.
The new room was not cleaned and there was no phone connection. Came back after a long day to see that the bedsheets in the new room were not changed from the previous occupancy. We had to call the hotel staff late in the night to get these changed. There was dampness all around the bathroom wall in the new room.
The hotel has been refurbished recently but not fully done. Really disappointed that its been offerred in such a condition.
The complimentary breakfast was good and had a wide variety of selections.

The rooms are  fully  equipped with modern amenities and nicely decorated wtih clean ambiance. The  central  reception  room is  very vast and  having  great looks. The  hoitel is  very good place to  live in and   service is  wonderful

This property is available for booking on various sites, We tried to reach the hotel's landline as mentioned on the invoice, no one answered. after a lot of circus when reached the location we were told that the hotel is shut for 2 months. COMPLETELY REDICULOUS THING.

Located at the heart of prime area this botique hotel provides good amenities and service. Rooms are small but neat.Very nearer to famous places,malls  and restaurants in the city. Very Good hospitality.

Ideal location 

Spacious room and location is the only plus for this property. 

Hotel is old and not maintained. Furniture, tiles, fittings, everything needs an upgrade. 

Elevator not operational, restaurant not operational, no Bell boy (Manager asked old house keeping lady to carry my luggage to second floor - I preferred carrying it on my own). They have don't any staff after evening and if you have requirement manage on your own. 

Would never prefer staying here again. 

Old and on the verge of dying

I have already visit this Hotel 2 times in past 2 months. Very convinient location. Neat an clean rooms, friendly staff, good food.. what else you want... only problem I faced was with hot water.. it was never available. Rest was amazing
