Toilet flush not working when Check in, for washroom use we have to wait approx half an hour due to washroom maintenance, break windows, open wiring and many more cant explain when i checkin room and ask to manager i dont want to stay here then he refuse to back money and he take full advance prior the given room.Next day change room just near by hotel with 40 % discount and very good room. so I never suggest Ganges river with huge tarrif .

unhyginice with zero maintinace 

Awesome experience in to stay in this hotel. Every thing are clean and hotel reception person s are very kindful.  we have stayed two days and experience are amazing. Hotel room and restroom are very cleaned.

Third class hotel, pathetic staff behaviour, stinking room, unsafe place to stay.. once check out time is over, they will throw out your luggage and will ask to leave immediately..hotel looks like haunted place

Very dirty hotel and staffs behaviour is also very bad. Bedsheets are not washed and room /washrooms also smells very bad . Our organization tie up with the Hotel but hotel management provide us very 3 class room . this is my 2nd trip of Haridwar and i m very disappointed.

I don't want to write a review about your stay infact I'll write because ur services are very poor and staff doesn't even know how to talk to the customer, government officials even to a common man also.

As it's a high time for corona crisis also kindly circulate the information and rules related to haridwar district.

Talking about ur staff they talk irrelevant, misbehave and they don't even cooperate a little bit.

It's a request to the hotel owner kindly give us some staff so that they can give a little bit of respect to the customers.
 
Earlier i don't want to book a room based on previous reviews of customer but i think let's give a try once and the negative reviews are totally valued by me and the same they are doing to every customer.

So it's a request again to look into this matter.
As I'm requesting other's also that never ever stay in this hotels not even once.

Don't know how to adress the customer !

We visited the hotel  in December 2019. The hotel is located on the highway opposite Vishwakarma Ghat.  The hotel is decent one with well managed reception counter. The room was very neat and clean. 
Hot water was available in the bathroom. The intercom was not working however it was informed to us initially and we were given mobile number for the room service. The room service was also prompt.
The food was also of good, priced slightly higher however one may select combo dishes from the menu which are reasonably priced. The Har ki Baavdi, the place where the Ganga Aarti is performed is just a few kilometer from the hotel. We were there for just one night and were satisfied with the service of the hotel.

Decent Stay

No any one cooperative staff in this hotel and in this hotel all of done as they want. When I told to reception for plate for eat food then he denied to give. I request to all travellers that they were not stay in this hotel. Because you not feel better

Terrible hotel; we stay for 3 day in this hotel, and this hotel is booked by our company so for us is free but on free also this hotel is terrible. They don't clean the room daily. Service is also very poor. They don't have lock room also for our out things after checkout. I don't to refer any one in this. Very bad service in this hotel.

I stayed for two nights on 8th and 9th Sept'2018. A reasonably priced hotel, excellently located on Delhi-Rishikesh highway, away from city crowd but not too far from Harki Powri about 4 kms.  Hotel is very close to Ganga river and nearby Ghat, which is quite isolated but decent to spend morning/evening (about 300 Mtrs. away).  Clean hotel at reasonable prices.  Courteous hotel staff.  Great Food, food prices are slightly on higher side but can be ignored keeping in view quality and tasty food on offer.  Enough hotel parking space available.  

Management can consider giving complimentary breakfast to its Guests, which is commonly given nowadays by all good hotels.

Would like to visit again.

Hotel Ganges Rivera excellently located on Delhi-Rishikesh highway - away from city crowd with great food

Ganges Riveria was renovated in June 2018 only, so it's pretty new. The rooms are standard size and compact, with great bathroom. The staff are polite and helpful. Their restaurant is nice but too expensive and limited on menu.
Location wise it's on the Delhi bypass road, 3 km from Haridwar station and 2 km.from Har ki Pauri. Be prepared to shell 120-150₹ for an auto to take you to sights like Har ki Pauri or Mansa Devi temple ropeway.
Also, since it's on a highway, there are no restaurants or shops nearby apart from the restaurant in the hotel, so make sure you get everything you need from Har ki Pauri!

It's a good place to stay for the amount you would be paying (1800-2000₹ per day)
