This hotel beats others with its excellent location just on the Har Ki Pauri ghat. They have their private stairs too to reach the ghat. This seems to be a very old property, room was big and they arranged an extra bed also for us.
Athough this is not a luxury hotel, basic amenities were so so. Toilet is bit dirty.


Good budget hotel in excellent location just on Har ki Pauri Ghat

This is the 4th time i took this place to stay. Really full satisfaction. Hotel is  just on har ki paudi. At night one can enjoy Ganga river from room itself. Big balcony and totally hygenic. You can hear,see,feel from here. Good for family itself.

Must visit...Divine feeling...hygenic and full satisfaction

It may sound strange but we decided to spend our 9th marriage anniversary taking a dip in holy ganga and immersing ourselves in the warmth of Haridwar. Bridge Lodge is the best place to stay if you are prepared for the truly immersive ganga experience. It balances convenience and luxury. We stayed in a superdelux room with private balcony. The management is very polite and helpful. They try to help as much as possible. The hotel is right on the Ganga ghat and Har Ki Pauri is just 4-5 mins of walk away. The view from the balcony is the best! We wanted to just relax and soak in the spirituality the city has to offer. The lodge made it possible since it has good access to both the ghat and the upper road. The lodge doesnt provide food but give you cutlery if you order from outside. We ordered once on Zomato (there is food delivery here) and next time got food packed from a very famous eatery in the market. The lodge does not have an onsite parking but paid parking at Deen Dayal Parking lot is extremely safe and secure. The parking space is just 10mins walk away from the hotel. You can see the sunrise from the hotel balcony, hear ganga arati (not see it though) and watch people as they come to celebrate their faith. You can experience the colorful life on the ghats sitting right in the balcony. The rooms are clean and decent, bed linens are soft and clean, bathroom has a good, workable water geaser. We could just walk to Har Ki Pauri, take a dip and walk back in wet clothes because the hotel is so near. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this lodge. 

Tip - After booking your stay online, you should always call the management to confirm and also ask them for the kind of room you want. They are very helpful and most of the time, they try to provide the kind of room you expect.

I visit Haridwar quite frequently & Brij lodge always makes me revisit this divine land again, Hotel situated just at the banks of Ganges

Best Place to stay in Haridwar 

I have stayed 2 days here and it was a great experience. Hotel staff is very good. They provide 24*7 kitchen to manage food for my 1.5 year son and i prepared Maggi for my family. Ganga view is everlasting.

Brij Lodge is the best heritage hotel in Haridwar situated on the banks of the holy river Ganga near Har-ki-Pauri.  I stayed in a family room with balcony overlooking the ganga river. Room is very clean and good, spacious open balconies,  friendly and nice staff. It is a good family hotel very near to har-ki-pauri, Haridwar.  
The stairs from the hotel leads to the river ganga. Har-ki-pauri main ghat is also just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Beautiful view of the mountains, serenity of ganges, peaceful environment at the hotel, good services made my stay comfortable at the hotel. View of the holy river ganga and har-ki-pauri area visible  from the hotel rooms and balcony is amazing. Location is Excellent! Great experience for me and my family. Will definitely visit the hotel again.

EXCELLENT VIEW OF THE  HOLY GANGES FROM THE HOTEL BALCONIES

Beautiful rooms, spacious with proper ventilation. Budget friendly clean and hygienic hotel with all the amenities and polite staff. Most importantly it is very close to Harki pauri and Ganga ji, and one can enjoy the live aarti from their room balcony in the mornings and evenings.

Brij lodge is certainly one of the best hotels to stay in Haridwar. It is a great hotel on the banks of the holy river Ganga. Very close to Har ki Pauri, Haridwar. Walkable distance to main har ki pauri ghat from the hotel. It has clean rooms with a good and courteous staff. Rooms are properly maintained. Also has open and spacious balconies. One can enjoy the beautiful mountain view from the Hotel. I give 10/10 for its location, no doubts! Hope this helped!!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE

We have been coming to Brij Lodge almost once every year since past more than 40 years. Experience has been more than excellent always. 
It has very nice ambiance, Ganga river is just few meters from the building & you can just walk bare feet & visit it. 
Har ki pauri is also very approachable & is just about 300 meters from the Lodge
Rooms are very clean, spacious & very well ventilated & give a great view of the Ganga river.

Excellent Overall Experience

I have been here many times, it's a good place to stay and it's very near to har ki pauri haridwar. Rooms are clean & all the facilities are available here. It is one of the best places to stay in this location. Hope this helped.
