Hotel mansarovar international is very close to har ki pauri, haridwar. It is in the middle of market and easily accessible from railway Station. The staffs managers are well behaved and helpful. I will rate it high.

the manager was so rude he is west Bengal I forgot his name he was showing like this he is doing a favor to us.

i was booked 2 room in this hotel one for my self one for my father .he give us room their TV is not working hot water not available any kettle for hot water.
we were paid 6000 rs for one night for two-room.

we complain to the manager the tv is not working in our rooms so he said rahana hai tho raho nahi tho chalay jaho . look his words. i complain next day to make my trip coustmer care they gave me only apologies for this happened. this kind of hotel should remove from the online portal.
pls guys this hotel is a waste of money.

one of very bad hotel with rude behavior staff

The same was visited by me with the family and the hotel is very near to the ganga ghat. The hotel is very good and the staff is also good. The room with balcony are decent. I will visit again with the family

Family visit

I have stayed in the hotel during first week of october,18  for three days with my family. Though I had prior booking from Kolkata for a specific room, the hotel has alloted us another room, telling us a lie that the pre fixed room is under repair. When I have checked up the said room, I found that it was alloted to some other people. While our original alloted room was well furnished, the hotel authority has on the contrary alloted us a dirty room. The toilet was unclean and the cistern was broken, there was dirty water accumulation in the bathroom.They did not attend the room properly, inspite of our repeated requests. On the contrary, the reception staff was un courteous and did not care at all. Somehow we passed our stay there and checked out. This is for information of the aspiring tourists proposing to stay in the hotel to apply caution.

Poor service and bad behavour by the hotel.

I stayed in Hotel Manasarovar International Hotel at Haridwar for a week with my family. Pros: Location, Room size, friendly Room Attendants. Cons: Lack of maintenance, unclean bathroom, DTH connection snapped, unhelpful Front Desk, no attached Restaurant.

Vibrant holy city, over crowded, friendly people, a bit business minded though! Awesome veg foods, specially milk food.

Truly One of the best hotel in Haridwar. Just takes 10 minute from Haridwar railway station and is within five minute walking distance from Harki pauri Ghat in Haridwar. Well accommodated and furnished rooms. The hotel is also clean and the rate of rooms are also affordable. In addition the service provided by the hotel staff is excellent. Not to mention the managers of the hotel are extremely friendly, cooperative and helpful. Enjoy your stay at the Hotel Mansarovar International.

A comfortable Stay

If you are a lazy traveler who hardly nods to walk for a distance of five minutes to reach Har-ki-pauri or the ticket counter of the Rope way to the Manasa Devi Temple, the HOTEL MANSAROVAR INTERNATIONAL in the Upper Road may be one of the best option for you at Haridwar. I, with my wife and six year old daughter, found such an ideal shelter in this hotel for three days on and from 16th December, 2017. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Service is quite satisfactory. We really enjoyed our stay in that hotel and wish to be there again. Joydeep Bera.

Nice experience

The rooms are dirty and unattractive, the bedding and towels are stained, the shower has not worked properly, and there is no breakfast (maybe it's as good as who knows how else it would be...). However, some rooms have just been renovated so that it might get better in the future. Positive: Our room was relatively quiet. And we saw some worse hotels in the same price category in Haridwar...
