Had stayed here a couple of times and both the times had gone thru worst experience. 
1.Centralized AC - So you need to phone the reception every 1 hr to switch on / off.
2.Buffalo size mosquitoes - Will be given agarbatti's to escape from mosquito bite.
3.Stains - walls, furniture's, linen's, and even the pillows are with stains.
4.Broken Ceiling - Toilet ceiling is broken and remained in the same condition even during my second visit.

How can you expect me to write any positives when the above issues which will spoil your stay.   

Good Property Suffering at the Hands of Useless Management

 The hotel is located some by lanes which is very inconvenient.  The rooms were good the staff was courteous. Breakfast was very limited. Did not gibe towel when checked in. Had to ask. Location is a big problem

The location is very weird and in the middle of nowhere.


Average stay at best

Hotel grand marena is located at alien location.Its very difficult to locate hotel.No sign board or any instruction to reach hotel.Hotel staff is supportive.But need much more maintenance.cockroaches and Mosquitos every where.I had huge expectation from treebo but Highly disappointed.

First time with  treebo . This place was neat. Suitable for short stay. Away from main road. But hotel is in a good place. Surrounded with residence. 

Breakfast need to be improved.

Place for privacy & Family 

We had booked this hotel as a family. The address and number of the one we were given were false. We had to return to another hotel at three hours with more expensive costs (phone calls, rooms, hotels, and taxis).

The hotel doesn't exist at this address.

We are five families booked two seemingly family. The place is beautiful. Not far from Chennai airport. Home 24 on 24. The boss Mr. Ram is nice and very genius. He helps us book a restaurant. The people who work also very helpful. Lunch every time with a choice of South Indian tradition. Clean place. On-site restaurant available to order with room service. Free on-site parking with a separate space to heat up. No noise. We spent our stay very quiet. We recommend this luxurious apartment.

A safe place in Chennai

The rooms are very convenient if you are travelling with a group of friends, the proximity to the airport is a plus because in a city like Chennai it is better to anticipate traffic time if you want to be somewhere on time.
