We rented out here for three weeks. And it was a very affordable price of just 460 euros plus a short rate. We were very friendly and we were given a very detailed explanation. The house pool is top. Our room has a small single kitchen, a toaster coffee machine and a water boiler. The bed was a little hard, but we approached it and changed it right away. For our bikes we brought, a covered space was created immediately. Even my car could be parked in the driveway behind the gate. Oh yeah, there's also air conditioning and secure Wi-Fi. All that.

Highly maintained plant

Very clean and modern suite with kitchen facilities and all the comforts of a home away from home. Covered swimming pool, picnic area and lovely gardens and patio. The owners are very friendly and are pleased to offer information on restaurants, shopping and thermal baths in there area. Our stay was extremely pleasant.

Great apartment and Staff Owner

Considering the quality/price ratio this villa is perfect 10 minutes from the centre. The manager is kind, speaks English (rarely!) available. The comfortable bed and apartment are spacious, but absolutely cheap.

It's a nice place.

Apartments on the first floor, very clean, spacious, with functional kitchen. Everything worked fine. There's an indoor pool, lawn, barbecue area, beds. I really liked the attitude of the owners.

The second time we stayed at Villa Nova, this time in apartments on the second floor. The apartment was more spacious than on the mansion floor, with a cozy balcony and a view of a swimming pool with a neat lawn.

This acomodation is amazing. We have early check in but this is not problem for personal. We have great apartman with balcony with nice wiev on wine places. Great holiday. We have smal child and owners is very lovely. Private pool,wifi, all clear and nice garden with gril its a top.

Villa Nova is just such a quiet, cozy hotel, with a balcony that opens a magnificent view. It's right in the middle of Lake Hevis and the Wine Mountain - and it's about a 10-minute walk back and forth.

We came to Hevis for the second time and again we picked apartments in Villa Nova. Firstly, the lowest price for apartments, i.e. for rooms where the kitchen is separate from the bedroom. Secondly, the location. We decided that we need to move around a lot and breathe fresh air. To the lake is 15-20 minutes, to the winery about 10 minutes. Besides, it's a very quiet area, after the noise of the metropolis we enjoyed the silence.

Re-Journey to Hevis

We stayed for two nights, passing through Hèvìz. The accommodation is contained but nothing is lacking: a comfortable bed, bathroom with shower, TV, kitchen with everything necessary in a few square meters. The romantic wooden balcony, after all, is perfect for a couple. The owner is of a unique availability and in his own way also nice. At a cheap price we had accommodation with everything necessary, access to the pool, arrival and departure without time problems and the possibility of parking the car in the private and closed courtyard. I can't want more; if I come back to Hèvìz, I come back here.

We stayed at Villa Nova for the first time, although there were several apartments in Hevis.There is a villa on a parallel street, which leads from the Blue Church to the famous hill.Very convenient, if there is a car - you can get to any point in 5-10 minutes, without a car - far from the lake.We stopped on the upper floor, in the mansion.Despite the lack of air conditioning and the intense heat the apartments are well ventilated.The apartment is carved out, so we had the feeling of being on our own farm.The kitchen is equipped with minimal household equipment and dishes, bed and bedding are new, the WI-FI signal is loud enough to ring steadily.
