There is no reception in La Casa so basically you are spending a few minutes with the landlord, paying for stay, getting a map and some usefull information with a phone number in case of any problems or needs. We've spent 5 days in La Casa at the beggining of September. Apart from two couples who've spend there one night we had all hostel for ourselves which was great especially in using huge kitchen and outside tables. Our green room was well decor. The bed was not the most comfortable we have ever used but it was ok. It could be a bit cleaner (few spider's web ;) but in general it was really nice. 10 minutes by walk to the Thermal Bath. About 5 minutes to the Castle and 10 minutes to the "Main Square". About 40 minutes to the Nice Woman Voley. It might be a problem to come back home in the night after a few glasses of wine because it is uphill ;)
