This place packs everything in to a small space without feeling cramped. Comfy bed, balcony, microwave, kettle, bath(!), basic crockery, tea and coffee, even a box of tissues. Basic but clean. Helpful receptionist. There is drinking water in the foyer and a toilet so we could use these when retrieving our luggage which they stored for us. We were on the 4th floor at the back. No noise issues even though the next door bar was just below - the double glazing was good. There is a lift if needed. Excellent value for money and location near main attractions but set back on a quiet street. The bar a few doors away was lovely (turn left out of the door) Mika Tivadar Mulat.

Excellent facilities at a bargain price.

The location wouldn't be bad for a single night, the problem isn't the lack of cleanliness either, but the fact that underneath there's a pub with backwards space where they shoot music until 4am so it's impossible to rest.

A nightmare

We had booked five days for August 2022 but we had to cancel because they don't want to check in an hour after 10:00 p.m. so before 11:00 p.m. that's sadness and rude.

Poor reception

I went with my boyfriend in March to spend 4 nights there and it is a cozy apartment, with balcony and very clean. The staff were very kind to us from the moment we entered until we left. Very cheap, almost everything. The apartment we rented was small but we didn't need more. We will definitely repeat it if we return to Budapest.

Very recommended apartment.

Location is great directly in the city center. Great natural lighting and view due to large window front to the street. The room size was excellent and equipped with everything you need. During the night it is loud due to the many bars and party tourists but that was ok for me.

The reserved room was not available any more and they had to upgrade me. The man at the reception was not very happy about this and was accordingly quite frosty but at the end it wasn't my fault. The interior is quite run down (especially the sofa) and it was not very clean. On the bed sheet was a blood stain and I asked for replacement. The glass window of the oven was very dirty. I wouldn't use it under these conditions. Compared to other apartments I stayed at the same price range, the value for money is more at the lower end.

Perfect location, great room, if I had to go back to Budapest I would still book without hesitation. The only drawback is that there was too much dust in our room, and being slightly allergic to it caused some slight discomfort. But it doesn't affect the final judgment.

Beautiful and friendly

The location of the hotel is excellent, it is close to all the important points of the city, it is located in the plague zone. It is an apartment with everything necessary to spend a few days there besides the cafes and infusions are free and leave a slippers in the room. Everything was very clean. The only hint is that the bed was not very comfortable and could be improved.

Hostel with an excellent price ratio.

What a great little apartment block ,we had a studio deluxe room ,everything that was needed is in the room there are shop’s nearby so you can get your breakfast food ,nice & easy to cook your own before going out for the day. We walked everywhere but plenty of local transport if needed.  Well wort a visit. 

Short break 

We stayed with my sister from November 22nd to 27th that say bad hotel apartment all over sheets dirty blanket stained we had them changed right away the first night after so many towels changed once in five days clean room once in five days just because we asked for a bathroom with an unsuitable sewage smell very small dirty room and with spiders that say I would never go back to a single positive position but there are better apartments at the same price in the same area I forgot I am a travel agent for which I saw so many facilities but like this...

Poor hotel apartment

A great hotel for budget travelers. A good location - up to 30 minutes on foot to all the attractions. Clean quiet elevators. The corridors are clean. The girls at the recipe-shrine - Natalia and Irina - very nice, nice to communicate, communicative. We were helped even in matters that did not fall within their duties. The room was cozy, the bathroom was clean, shampoo, soap, fans and disposable slippers were available. For seven euros a day there was a closed parking lot, although we left the car until 5 p.m. and no extra charge.
