The best thing is the kindness of the owner, very available, for any sudden advice and needs, he has sought us out for a laundry shop on Saturday evening, and has even offered to wash our clothes).

The perfect home

Very friendly welcome with water and Hungarian beer by Andjelic Nenad. We were the first tourists after being closed for 18 months due to covid.

The guesthouse is in an old/historic complex near the donau from where you can visit multiple attractions.
Lovely room, comfortable room.
In the house is a big kitchen that you share with other travelers if they are there.
But you have your own room and bathroom small fridge too.

If you have a car you need to pay for parking here. You can do this ONLY by inserting coins!!!
DONT TRY TO USE THE PARKING APP!!!

He also told to eat in a certain erea and not in the tourist places where they have tourist prices.
So he gave us good tips

Good location

I stayed here with my wife, it was a wonderful experience! First of all a super central neighborhood so around you you will find any kind of store, we didn't need to subscribe to the subway or bus. The apartment is in a charming Liberty building, you don't expect the lobby of a hotel but you will find yourself in a historic and charming place, when you stay in places like this you go with your heart open to art and history, if you want the artificiality and luxury to choose a hotel. The building is historic but all the access doors were equipped with alarms. The owners are of a kindness, the super quiet, small and quiet neighborhood, unlike the historic building which is also in a modern relationship, in a style and in a very satisfying way.

Highly centralized, excellent price-quality ratio, beyond our expectations

These apartments are several rooms with one common entrance and a kitchen. They are located in an ordinary house. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the wifi is safe. It is close to the center and the metro - 5-7 minutes walk. It is amazing that the kitchen has an induction plate, and the sink is incompatible with it. Why is it there if there are no other plates there? :)

It's a newly renovated apartment located in a quiet but central area. Very spacious and clean room, opportunity to enjoy the common kitchen. It's just a short walk from Vaci Street, metro/bus stations and main attractions. The owner was very kind to explain everything we could visit in the city.

It's perfect.

Think it was a private house? Smelt of gas but was told it wasn’t the bad kind! Needs to be stripped of all rugs and odd furniture and it would be amazing, lots of room. Bathroom needs replacing but it was clean, warm and a central location. We had an opera singer next door which was fun

Not where we booked

It has a perfect location between the Jewish quarter and the main avda Vaci utca, next to the central market. It is a quiet street surrounded by restaurants. The building is old with a typical construction of the area which gives it a special charm. The owner is super friendly, attentive to everything and if the flames appear in 5 minutes. It is very flexible with the check-out and facilitates everything you can.

Ideal location in a typical building in the area.

Apartment well managed by a kind and efficient person. Modern and newly renovated apartment on the first floor of a building that is not very recent and a little neglected that could cause confusion at first impact. To be reassured once you enter the apartment. Clean and well organized with a common kitchen. Excellent location, the apartment is located in the city center from where you can reach in a few minutes the most famous and suggestive places. Really affordable price.

Excellent location in the city centre

Central 5 Guest House is good value for money as it is very spacious and perfectly located near to the restaurants and the beautiful bridges. Maybe 2 minutes of walking distance to the restaurants. There is also a shared kitchen in the Guest House. Our two rooms were silent because the guest house is located in an apartment house. The whole Central 5 Guest House was also very clean, and the beds were large and comfortable.

Downsides: There was no curtains in our room and only one power plug per room. In one of our rooms, the shower was also located in the same room with the bed, and there was no doors or curtains in between. This can cause privacy problems for somebody.

You should notice that there is no reception at all. So make sure to inform your arrival accurately to the owner and write down the owner's contact details if happen to be late.

Central location, good value for money

Clean a modern room in the downtown of Budapest. Very good price for such a perfect location. The owner is perfect and will try to help you if possible. There are bed, wardrobes, chairs, TV, little fridge and private bathroom with shower, just do not forget your hairdryer at home as this one is not available. If you are interested to cook on your holiday you can use the kitchen with all the importnant dishes. Very positive stay there, will definitely go back to this place one more time... and I have not mentioned the perfect house itself, you must to see it!
