This pension is close to the airport, for one night it is a good solution. There is no problem finding it, but it does not look like a hotel from outside. Twice we passed around, we found the hotel in front of us.

Clean and cheap

The guest house is in a great location, although not far from the city center! 5 minutes walk from the shopping center, metro station, terminal bus that goes to/from the airport. At night from the city center is also not a problem - there is a night bus nearby. The guests have a refrigerator at their disposal.

It's cheap, it's in a good mood, but it's for once.

The guesthouse was reserved exclusively to stay overnight before the early departure. It is located near the bus stop that goes to the airport.

Not bad for one night.

The small rooms are divided by fan fences and are located in a frequented house 10 minutes' walk from the terminal of the metro and bus to the airport.

An uncomfortable guesthouse near the airport

The hotel is actually relatively close to the terminal of the metro station, the TC and the final stop of the 200E bus to the airport (it probably takes 500 meters to walk). The amount of transport in Budapest goes from 4 am to the airport 20-25 minutes, then you can get to the morning flight without any problems on public transport. The taxi will also be cheap - the Uber taxi from this place costs from 3200 to 4000 forints. It is this circumstance and the low price (17 forints for 4 for one night) that was a decisive factor for us in choosing this hotel.

A one-night hotel to stay before the early departure of the Wizzair

I stayed here from 1-6 July in 2 rooms one with a bathroom for 2 nights then in another with the bathroom down the corridor. Being a seasoned traveller to Budapest I had no problems finding the hotel but if anyone who comes to Budapest isn't good with directions they will struggle to find the hotel. The rooms were basic and clean but the shelves in the bathroom had rust on them which doesn't give a good impression to anybody even in a cheap hotel. Also a proper bathmat would be welcome in the room rather than having to use one of the towels as they get soaked after time but what really let this hotel down is the shambolic management as the reception is not manned 24 hours and if you arrive be prepared to wait for someone to open the gate when we were there one day we had to wait to come in as we were changing to a different room and didn't have the new room key so we had to take a walk round the local area during peak summer 30 Celsius sun very strong not at all pleasant. 
Conclusion- The Jade Panzio is a cheap hotel that is in an excellent location for the airport or the city centre but could be so much better if the management improved like 24 hour reception for starters then it could be a good hotel.

Shambolic Management

This boarding house is convenient for those who have an early flight. We had it at 6 a.m. We threw the keys from the room into the mailbox, and at 3.40 we left without hurrying. In 15 minutes we reached the bus stop at the airport in Kobany Kishpisht. Very convenient. Our room window can be seen on the picture of the boarding house (on the roof). The room is small: 2 beds, a table and 2 chairs. On the floor there are 5 rooms, 2 showers and 2 toilets. A steep staircase leads to the floor.

Convenient for short stops

We had a reservation for several nights in this hotel. The first problems occurred when we arrived in Budapest because the road is not accessible in any way except on foot or by car. There we were greeted by a lady who spoke only Hungarian and took us to a room in the basement. The room was very small and dark and shared a toilet and a room with multiple showers with five or six other rooms. We asked to change rooms but obviously not speaking English the lady did not understand what our disadvantages were. After we had talked to the whole family we decided to go downstairs and find a better arrangement. Dulcis the following day we received a report from the agency from which we booked in our show as no show and where they expected to pay an equal amount to the cost of the room. As far as the pictures were from the room, there was absolutely no charge.

Bad location, bad rooms

The hotel manager was really very nice. He gave us a room with no toiletries. It was the cheapest hotel in Budapest that I found. And for the price, I have to say that it was really right. I have nothing to say about the cleanliness of the room. The only betol would be the location, a little far from the center but Kobanya Kispest station is about a kilometer away. Moreover, the station has a metro station and a shopping center.

Overall satisfaction

I stayed here the night before my flight, due to the location, and it's a nice little hotel to stay at prior to an early morning flight. The rooms were nice and clean, the shower was good. It's conveniently located next to a Metro station and a shopping mall. Overall it was a pleasant experience although when asked of how we could get to the airport, we only got told of a 430 bus, and the owner didn't arrange a taxi which would have been more convenient. Aside from that, I would recommenced Jade Panzio if you have a flight to catch and you need somewhere to stay that's convenient to the airport.
