Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Self parking fee: USD 20.00 per day
• Pet fee: USD 150 per pet, per stay
• Late check-in fee: USD 25 for check-in after 9 PM
• Onsite credit card charges are subject to a surcharge of 3.5 percent

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

• Deposit: USD 500.00 per stay
• Cleaning fee: USD 60 per accommodation, per stay
A damage deposit of USD 150 will be collected before check-in.
