This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Late check-out after 10:00 is only possible with prior arrangement and confirmation from the property, otherwise a late check-out fee of GBP 100 is applicable. Kindly note guests are liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary.
