Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Kindly note that guests must be aged 18 years or older to be accommodated in a dormitory. Any guest aged 17 years or younger may stay in a private room if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. When booking for 6 persons or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply: The property has the right to wether accept or decline the reservation. A non-refundable deposit of the first night's stay will be charged. The total price of the reservation will be charged within 2 weeks of arrival date. Being in the same dormitory or room is subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Please inform the property if you will be arriving by coach so they can advise on where to stop and park.
