A rendelkezés megsértése esetén a thaiföldi törvényeknek megfelelően akár öt évig terjedő börtönbüntetés és/vagy 100 ezer bahtig (kb. 3 ezer amerikai dollárig) terjedő pénzbírság szabható ki.
