A rendelkezés megsértése esetén a thaiföldi törvényeknek megfelelően akár öt évig terjedő börtönbüntetés és/vagy 100 ezer bahtig (kb. 3 ezer amerikai dollárig) terjedő pénzbírság szabható ki.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of THB 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that electricity up to 100 kWh per night is provided free of charge. Further consumption will be charged extra.
