You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the total amount of the reservation needs to be paid in cash at the moment of check-in. Please note that any extra babycots needed must be requested in advance, using the Special Requests Box during the booking process. If you expect to arrive after 22.00 hours, please inform Apartamentos Fermin in advance. A cleaning service is available for EUR 12 per day.
