A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For long stay bookings the property may request some documentation A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours. After 20:00 carry a surcharge of €40, and arrivals after 23:00 carry a surcharge of €50.
