Guests will receive an email with instructions for check-in and damage deposit payment 7 days prior to check-in. The damage deposit of EUR 300 is payable by credit card via a secure link and due within 24 hours of receiving the email. Per property policy, groups of guests under 25 years old are not allowed to stay at this property, except for families with children.
